I’ve always had excellent care here. The best! The only thing that would be helpful is more comfortable chairs in the waiting room for long waits.

Be honest they have always treated me kinda disrespectfully at the front desk at least the male that works up there has the doctors always been kind to me but as far as nurses none of them know anything I got a 12 Lead EKG and honestly didn't feel confident in the findings as the nurse took a chart with a picture of where to put the stickers on my body and removed them about 5 times. I mean I have had a few don't and even I know where the leads go when it comes to a accurate reading. Knowledge wise I wouldn't advise it for a little cut or sprain not a bad place to go to get looked at anything serious don't.

There was no waiting to see the front desk person who asked some questions then had me fill out some general paperwork. After a reasonable wait their NP called me in. I was having a COPD flare-up. After a brief check, they prescribed appropriate medication and I was on my way. Everyone there was professional, friendly, and helpful.

Very disappointed but the level of concern shown by anyone dealing with the public today is basically the same although in a medical setting it's quite disturbing. To be told (when you try to follow up) "we are too busy to talk to you now if you would like to leave your number we will get back to you sometime". So now 6 hours later, I will be taking my son to the ER, someone with a shunt definitely shouldn't go there since they apparently have no idea how to deal with such a person nor do they care. Having worked in the medical field this in no way makes me want to ever go there or even remotely recommend anyone else does either.

I went in the other day for dizziness and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They ran several different tests on me to try and find the issue and the whole time I felt that they truly cared. They were very thorough in their care and communicated and listened well in informing me what was going on and answering my questions. I’ve been to a few different urgent care centers in my lifetime and I feel this was by far my best experience with one.

I cannot say enough good things about Northern ExpressCare in St. Johnsbury . I’ve been there twice in the last two weeks and they are wonderful. They are absolutely dedicated and knowledgeable. My thanks to the staff there. They went out of their way on my behalf.

I've visited Northern Express Care multiple times for my children and other family members in the past 6 months. I'm so thankful this service is available. It has been so helpful to have this option when needed! The care we have received has been top notch. All questions have been answered thoroughly, follow up was great, and they have been wonderful with my kids. I highly recommend!
