I can't wait until the opening in 2025. Last year (2024) I went there many times. Always for the seafood. As a retired Master Chef, I can say they are doing it RIGHT! Loving the new ownership. Good job guys.

Horrible quality food. I have been coming here for years and always enjoyed it but tonight the chicken Philly had 6 tiny pieces of chicken, and the bun wasn't even half full. The fried fish was soggy to the point you could ring out moisture, the fried mushrooms were filled with liquid and a puddle came from them if you opened them up and last the french fries were undercooked, soggy and cold. If you come here stick to the ice cream and nothing else!

The kids enjoyed the ice cream and have always enjoyed the location. There is a little path outback with a big hill the kids love to explore. The prices are a bit steep but guess that's the economy! The one downfall from previous years is that they do not offer the 60+ flavors of soft serve anymore.

They were out of scallops, my first choice, so I got fish tacos. Excellent grilled Mahi. Hand cut fries a great substitute for the standard chips. Food came promptly and served with a smile.

Fantastic Comfort Food! 24 Flavors of Soft Serve Ice Cream! Dipped Cones! Seafood! This place has it all! Three HUGE covered seating areas with picnic tables. Everything is very clean, open and so comfortable. Great place to bring the kids or the whole family for a fun get together. Staff are professional, courteous, fast and friendly. Now let's talk about the food. O.M.G! The burgers are HUGE, juicy and so tasty! Was better than anything you can get in town even at the fancy places. Veggie burger is to die for! Ice Cream is wonderful and the selection amazing. It's the only place in Rutland to get cherry dipped cones! Take my advice. Drive right past Otter Creek, Doreen's and Ben & Jerry's...this place makes them look like dogfood! You won't be disappointed.
