We had an emergency come up just before the holiday. Dan handled it calmly, and expeditiously. Saving the holiday for our clients.
5 star customer service for sure!. We got a less than 24 hour call back, an extremely resourceful fix for the situation , and l had us up and running in less than a weeks time!

High quality commercial kitchen equipment and tools, great selection, very reasonable prices.

This is a hidden gem in Rutland that has been in the same family for decades and is well run with no frills, so the prices are extremely reasonable. They don't take credit cards, just cash or checks, which is another reason the prices are low.
The husband/wife team is extremely knowledgeable and they sell to a lot of restaurants. They know that having the right tools makes all the difference in getting the job done efficiently and enjoyably.
