Terrible terrible service. had a delivery scheduled for 12/17....didn't show up. rescheduled 12/18...didn't show up. had to call today (12/19) to try and find out where my package was. I was told someone was supposed to call me yesterday to let me know the delivery wasn't going to happen (no one called me). tbh at this point i am considering this theft - my package should be in my possession and they are willingly holding it for no apparent reason. apparently the delivery will occur on 12/21 (not holding my breath). I was also told that the manager who approves the rescheduled date was not in the office (it is not even 4pm!) do people there just not even work? it would seem that way because when i called this morning at 8:10 am i was greeted with a machine message that said they are closed and their operating hours at 8am-4pm eastern time. just overall a zero star customer service company.

Terrible experience. This company NO CALL NO SHOWS with no decency or consideration. I ordered a backyard delivery and spirit said they could do it and received the hot tub. I added instructions that delivery truck could back with in 10 feet of location, and flat stone driveway no obstacles. In fact below i see theyve delivered multiple hot tubs. Noone picks the phone up and the number associated with google is the managers personal. After waiting all day i called the number she picked up and i asked is this spirit delivery and she lied and said NO! Rude and hung up.
I waited all day til. 8pm
I had previously called the dispatch in MA and they said i was all set for saturday delivery. NEVER SHOWED
When monday business hours opened i called dispatch and she informs me they canceled the delivery with out telling or calling anyone. Im fact she said shes never seen it and would call immediately to find out.
I then had to call dispatch 2 more times as noone knew what was going on and spirit never called.
Spirit then bailed and ABF freight was hired to retrieve hot tub. Btw they did a hell of a job. They said they had never heard of spirit . I didnt hear good things about spirit and told them to inspect the package immediately
Again still never got a call from this nightmare of a company.
They must not own a pallet jack which was all that was needed to deliver hot tub
Id stay away from this incompitant company and switch your delivery before you are the next VICTIM!!

Do not deserve any stars! Lie about delivery, rude service to the extreme! I filed formal
complaint with Wayfair to remove this company from their shippers. If you do have a choice, this company will make sure to lose your parcel and be extremely rude when you call IF they pick up your call that is…

Based on the reviews I was concerned. But I’m assuming that nobody ever leaves a review unless there’s a problem with their delivery, because just as the most recent review stated my experience was great. They arrived right in the middle of the 4 hour window I was given and called me 30 minutes before they arrived.

Ordered a sectional couch through wayfair, spirit delivered it earlier than expected and around the beginning of there time frame window of deliver, took very good care of the packages everything was in tact and no damage very pleased, after reading results I was skeptical but I had no issues that's why I'm giving a five star sorry to those who did not get the five star experience.

I have wasted two days waiting for a scheduled delivery. They do not have snow tires on their delivery van in December to deliver in northern NH. First day they slid off the road, second day they wouldn't even enter the town road I live on due to snow on road. I may have to wait until Spring for this delivery.

Broken item delivered through Wayfair. Told by Wayfair Spirit would contact me within 3 days. I heard nothing. At this point, I’ve called 6 times and been promised 3 delivery times that never happen. Each time they say the manager in Vermont won’t return their calls and it’s out of their hands - and that they’ve had this problem for years. Most absurd return situation I’ve ever dealt with.

Horrible experiences with multiple deliveries of Wayfair and GE orders. Absolutely no communication about deliveries and rescheduling without notification or no call/no shows. We ended up going and getting an order ourselves from the warehouse just so we knew we'd actually receive the appliance.
