They charged us a residential pick up fee of $150, the town of Colchester consider the address commercial zoned. The Autobody shop has been there for 40+ years. It has a large paved drive right on main street. Not happy customer.

Absolutely the worst shipping company when it comes to time to deliver. You get the same excuse day after day. Their "partner" companies never update their tracking when it's transferred over, and you can't search said company's tracking on the BSP site. It consistently takes them 2+ days to get product from Londonderry, NH to Burlington, VT... Every week I get LTL shipments from PA, ME, MD, and IL in 2-3 days with other carriers.

I had BSP deliver a freight order to my residential place. Top notch service and honesty. Bill who runs the place was very up front with me on timing and even called me multiple times with updates. Most freight companies will sugar coat timing of delivery, when they know it's not going to show up that quick. Bill made sure to give me exactly when it would show up and allowed me to plan my day accordingly.
They also delivered my items to me exactly where I wanted it. This is also probably because I was home when they delivered. If you're are not home you can expect them to know where to put it. Something I learned the hard way from other carries. Thanks for all your help and honesty!

Fast delivery, good communication. Gave us a 2 hour window and was on time. Unloaded into a gravel driveway some very heavy skids. Was polite and accommodating.

Horribly rude customer service when I finally did get to speak to a human about my delivery being 13 days late. She seemed offended and put out entirely. I didn't choose this company, bit wouldn't after this experience

Horrible service they left my item at the end of my driveway in the road before we could get out of the house and the driveway is maybe 130 feet to my garage that is flat and when we called they said it is against there policies to go in driveways my item was on a pallet we had to use the atv woth plow to push it across the driveway because it was to heavy if you can't drive a truck and back it up you should find a different job
