This location is permanently closed and has a sign on the gate telling you to go to 6059 Old Airport Road. Fedex hasn't bothered to update google about this one closing or the other one even existing

I had to drive around a couple of times until a parking spot opened up. There were only two people in front of me, but all the parking spots were full.

Service was great and fast. The two employees at the front were hustling and had smiles.

I ordered a product using FedEx overnight shipping and it, not only shows up late, but my product was shaddered into pieces. These FedEx employees are the laziest people.... I don't know how stupid and lazy you have to be but if you can't even transport other people's merchandise without breaking it then perhaps you should go flip burgers instead (not that your job takes that much brain power anyways). DO YOUR JOB without breaking people's stuff.

Thank you, Susan for keeping an eye out for our Christmas goose that was delayed in NJ, and sending to our house via courrier. Your prompt action ensured that the very expensive bird ($500) did not defrost. It was delivered still frozen, despite the shipping delay. Thanks to you, it will be a very Merry Christmas indeed!

Worst FedEx experience ever, employees were very rude and unhelpful. The employees said I needed to fix my box’s labels but never told me all the faults, each time I would fix what they asked, they would send me away again with something new that wasn’t described to me the previous visit. After finally fixing all the faults (3 visits later ) one very rude lady said she wouldn’t even take the box because it was “too damaged”. It was in the same condition that they delivered it in , plus why didn’t they say that in my first, second or third visit ? She continued to be rude to me , I tried to get more information and she said “ I won’t ship it” and ran to her back room.

The staff did a great job under the circumstances. It was near the closing period for overnight shipping so they were very busy and down to one computer but they worked efficiently, with great professionalism, and kindness to get everyone taken care of. I personally had a rather large shipment that needed to be delivered the next day and they made certain that everything got done by the deadline.

For the past month I have received 5 boxes from FedEx the delivery drive has left at the wrong department. This has made more work for this other department and myself. If the delivery driver were to just walk up one more flight of stair they would fine my location which is on the address label. I don’t know why this delivery driver is doing this when packages I get from UPS and DHL come right to me.
