My friends and I recently visited New American Grill during our ski trip to Vermont, and it was hands down the BEST dining experience we’ve had all week! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Their service was top-notch—friendly, proactive, and always making sure we felt right at home.

The food? Absolutely **DELICIOUS**. Every dish we ordered was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared, with generous portions that left us fully satisfied (and even with some leftovers!). The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity you receive—truly a great value.

What truly set this meal apart was the live music! A talented guitarist and singer roamed the dining area, serenading guests with soulful tunes. It added such a joyful, lively vibe to our evening, turning dinner into a celebration. Our entire table was smiling, clapping, and even singing along—it was pure magic!

After trying several restaurants in the area, New American Grill stands out as our favorite. Whether you’re a local or visiting Vermont for adventure, this spot is a must-visit. Thank you for making our ski getaway even more memorable—we’ll definitely be back next year!

Just finished a wonderful dinner here. My Slipstream Shortribs and my wife's Cashew-Ginger stir fry were both excellent, but the real star was the Ahi Nachos! Those were amazing! The servers were very pleasant and gave us great recommendations. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area again!

Blood orange aperol was amazing. Clam chowder and wasabi nachos were great! Everything that came out of kitchen looked fabulous, highly recommend.

My wife and I head up to VT each year and love trying new places in our travels. We popped in here for lunch and everything was great. We each had a burger and both were done very well. Flavors were great, bun held up - absolutely delicious. Fries were also on point. Cool little place!

Had a small get together for grandpas birthday. We went on a Saturday and had to wait a bit (it’s a given, ski season and a Saturday night) but as soon as the other guests left, the table was cleaned right off and we were sat. For as busy as it was, the serve came over in great time to get drinks, a good order to follow. Food came out in a timely manner. Staff was super friendly, food was great

Ok, so five stars all around, not because the Grill won a Michelin award, but it's a great down to earth restaurant in the middle of Vermont that tries and succeeds in giving it's customers good food, good service, and a great atmosphere. First time there for my wife and me, with friends who have been there several times. We waited about five minutes for a table that was within earshot of Jenny performing in the next room. We started with a mix of Clam Chowdah and Pork Potstickers, just right for hungry diners. If the dishes that rest of our party had were as good as the Bistro Duck that I had, then it's a slam dunk. The duck gets a Yum.
I was tempted to write a really bad review, because the owner's replies crack me up! But sorry, I hope I get to return; it was most enjoyable.

Live music was really nice, food was great especially the fish and chips, bathrooms were clean, and no complaints with the service. Great place to get dinner after a long day of skiing. PS- get the key lime pie for dessert it’s the best I’ve ever tasted, and trust me I’ve tasted a lot.

I can see why it was so busy on a Tuesday night! The service was great and the food was even better. There’s a good selection on the menu and the food and drinks came out quick and tasting fresh. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere had a welcoming local vibe. I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on the menu!
