No customer service,automated prompts is not good service. If a business doesn't have a live human that can answer a phone then it shouldn't be allowed to operate. Been trying to set an appointment up for a new machine .

Amazingly Good Customer Service!
I came to Keene by fate as DHMC had referred me to another firm for the equipment they had prescribed for me. Yet the first firm was unresponsive. I contacted my local Keene office in Newport Vermont and was told that they had the equipment and would easily be able to supply my needs. They walked me through contacting the doctor and having the original prescribed order voided and reissued. Also, Keene advised the correct model numbers.
Within 24 hours the task was completed and the order made ready for delivery. Since it has arrived I have received numerous inquiries as to how the equipment is working and if there is anything else they may assist me with.
I am extremely impressed with Keene now for nearly 2 months and expect this high level of service will continue.

Such amazingly friendly, compassionate, and helpful service! Mike and the team bent over backwards to get me the most economical oxygen, and delivered it to me in the evening in bad weather when I was suffering from COVID and had just come home from a six-day stay in the hospital. The man (I wish I knew his name) who delivered it took the time to set up and explain everything to my wife about how to use the oxygen when he arrived here.

It is rare these days to find this kind of excellent service, and it is because these folks really care. Although I hope I never need to, I wouldn’t ever hesitate to call this team from Keene Medical again, nor would I ever hesitate to most enthusiastically recommend them to others. Thanks, guys, for your great service and for going the extra mile, (actually 80 miles round trip)!

I want to commend Holly of your Newport, Vt store..she went above and beyond to assist me on Friday, September 2, 2022..I arrived just as she was closing and leaving the store at 5pm for Labor Day weekend! I explained I was in desperate need of a shower chair for my husband who is recovering from hip replacement surgery..she very kindly reopened and provided me with a chair!
The entire time Holly was so very helpful, pleasant, and professional! She is a true asset to Keene Medical!

From the very first contact, it was a great experience. Everyone was helpful, pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was *much* faster than expected. Although Brian (pretty cool guy!) mostly helped me, the others were right on hand to get me started. I am so grateful to all of them.

The sevice was slow but tolerable. I had to call them back after the weekend this brand new wheelchair when you’re using it makes kinda like a popping noise which is annoying. So now my husband and I have to make another special trip with the wheelchair because I need it and they are approximately 50 minutes away. The people were nice it’s the inconvenience .
