Fantastic service. After over a month of fighting with a different shipper that Peloton uses, I finally gave up and canceled my peloton and ordered a Hydrow and made sure they didn’t use the same shipping company. Hydrow contracts to smaller local shippers which worked out PHENOMENALLY. These guys were on time, great communication, superior service, were polite and got my delivery to me with zero cancellations, reschedules, or headaches. Cannot recommend Fireball enough. The two guys (didn’t catch their names) that did my delivery were so nice. They didn’t even complain about my buildings elevator being broken and got the massive box to my second floor apartment. Absolutely the way to go.

4 deliveriescame realy damaged. The driver Steve tries but They do not follow the shipping instructions (i.e 24 hour notice as per Generac instructions). Drop the DAMAGED equiptment withput notification or signature. If I could give them 0.5 stars or less I would

Walmart contracted Fireball to deliver two dressers. The company had the dressers for over a week but still delivered them late. I never got notification when they were going to deliver them. I just recieved an apology email from walmart for not recieving the items by the promissed date. I only got a call because the Fireball delivery truck got lost due to their gps not have updated 911 address numbers. They were back to back calls until I answered disrupting me at work. I arrive home to find the items on a pallet in the middle of my driveway 75 ft from the road out in the open. My house is 150ft from the road. I am 8 months pregnant and had to move them in order to park.

Thank you! I was contacted in advance to schedule a delivery. Scott was well equipped to offload a 300 lb parcel quickly and efficiently. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.

I wish I could leave negative stars. Horrible service, horrible attitude and very unprofessional! I was promised the 1st delivery of the morning and my son took off work to accept that delivery. No one called to let us know they decided to come later. When we called to ask what happen, the delivery person was extremely rude and said they would call an hour before the were coming. At 6:00 PM - 9 hours after the promised time they showed up and dropped everything in the garage. Rude, attitude and no apologies about being so late. My son wanted to check the delivery to see if everything was there and they were not waiting. UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will be contacting Amazon to let them know.

I ordered a four wheeler for my son, and the company I ordered from said that it would be here by Friday, May 21, 2021, as his birthday party is May 22, 2020 to 1. The company failed on all levels of getting the product to me. They told me my only option was to call Albany, New York and get it from that location, mind you this is 3 1/2 hours away for me. I called fireball, and spoke to Jason, and he advise me what to do. He is even coming in on his own time on his day off to let my husband pick up the four wheeler. I can’t give them enough stars and props as to how professional and courteous they were. I am so happy I’m able to make my little boys birthday party a success. Thank you again, Fireball Transport for your help!!!
