Do not under any circumstances rent from this facility. The few positive reviews on here are likely from the owner’s friends because the units are disgusting, half our stuff was destroyed by rat faces and water damage and she treats customers terribly. Do NOT rent from Store it All unless you 1) don’t care what happens to your property and 2) you want to be extorted for additional months rent before you are allowed to vacate. I had to seek legal assistance because her dishonesty was so off the charts. This awful place and the owner who runs it are literally the bottom of the barrel. Sketchy is an understatement.

Worst people to ever rent a storage unit from. I emptied my unit over a month ago and told them I no longer need the unit and they still keep charging my card. Do not rent. Also lot is completely trashed and cut a tire when unloading there also. Place isn't kept up with at all. Very rude people answering the phone who don't care if you're renting it or not they'll still charge your account. Who ever does the phone calls shouldn't be cause all she did was yell and deny everything she said from previous phone calls

We have had a good experience with Store It All Self Storage - Barre. If we have a question or need assistance, we call and help is available. This has been a good service for storing my grandson's personal belongings until he can find permanent housing.

I would give this hole in a wall dump of a place zero stars if it was possible. The storage units are nasty, run-down, way over priced. The past 2 floods have caused severe damage to the units and everything in them.Store it all failed to tell customers how badly the floods have impacted the units. The staff is very rude and unprofessional and thieves too. My husband is missing a few items as well. There's water damage in the unit and have caused significant damage to my furniture, my son's baby heirlooms, and pretty much everything in there. It's a shady gross operation and it should be shut down. How they are even in business is a wonder. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I am a storage unit buyer and my experience with Store It All Self Storage in Barre, and Lisa Hathaway has been nothing but great. Also renting a unit and very please with Lisa's courteousy and know how. Wish all unit managers were like her.
