The bus used to be good when it was the current. Bus drivers were always friendly and service was good and there were some great drivers. Back then it was easy to catch just one bus to get anywhere. Now to get to Brattleboro I have to either get a ride from someone else or catch a connecting bus. The people at up exit 6 should not have to go through such hassle just to go out. There is no bus on nights and weekends. I have read about the public transportation in rural areas in other countries and they are doing a far better job then the US and the Moover.

From across the country, I coordinated rides with Moover for my mother who had to be transported daily for cancer treatments 45 minutes away. They were always on time and professional. This service has been invaluable to our family.

This company is by far the worst bus company in the whole United States of America and I fully intend on pressing legal charges on denying a disabled person access to the medical bus.. I have to miss my every Saturday appointment because the moover doesn't feel im disabled.. see you all in court!!

Riding to work and home these days is literally bone jarring. From Springfield to Lebanon is approx one hour of hell when they send out the short buses. Full to capacity and short on shocks. Unsatisfied customer!

This service is a joke!! I thought the idea was to help commuters get to work in the morning. The busses don't even start running until 9:00 A.M. and no weekend service.
How stupid is that!! What a waste of taxpayer money.
Very unsatisfied customer.

The drivers are so great…. I even hesitate to say all they have done its been so over and above what I expected. I really cant imagine it being better.
