I used their repacking service (that they charge $5 for), which they claim will save on size and dimensions of the parcel, and ultimately save shipping cost.

What happened? They claimed that the weight doubled and that the overall dimension increased, and now I'm supposed to pay 50% more in shipping costs.

Looks like I don't have any choice but to accept the loss, since I need the stuff I ordered. But this is just fraudulent behavior. First, and definitely the last time, I have used their services.

I would like to say a quick thank you. The shipping was just as expensive as initially calculated. It was well within the time frame, you just shouldn't be in a hurry. I just paid for a service to receive goods that I otherwise wouldn't have had access to. It actually worked quite well. The only thing I don't quite understand is the penalty because my address was supposedly incorrect.

However, Veronica Vonn recently went over and above to help me with a shipment issue. The issue has now been resolved thanks to her. Very reliable and fast service. At first I was very skeptical about using Stackry or any of the forward shipping service because I was afraid that my items would be lost or it's a scam. But after many days of research on reddit, youtube and even google map. I went ahead and order my product from Amazon to Stackry to have it forward to the EU.

Stackry' comes with two big advantages: 1. It's address is in a tax free state so I used the money I saved on US tax to pay for the shipping cost. 2. The service is fast, transparent, and user friendly.

I would definitely send all my purchase in the US to Stackry to have them forward to me in the future.

I have used Stackry for the last year, 12 consolidated shipments in total. In the beginning consolidations were fast, efficient and shipping was reasonable.

Now since summer 2024 consolidations have taken consistently 4-7+ business days and shipping has in creased dramatically.

I starting using them for the speed of turnaround (the cost increase is ok if I don’t have to wait 2 weeks to have them shipped)

But lately been very disappointed. Another consolidation right now has just been sitting in limbo.

This is most amatue and unprofessional company I have had the experienced in recent years. Please think carefully before allowing this company to handle you possession. They dismantled and damaged my items looking for ways to charge me more money. They will breach your trust by tampering with you items like common criminal.

I used to use Stackry but their shipping rates have become so expensive that I now use other shipping forwarders. To ship a 10 lb 16×12×6in package from the USA to HK, the lowest rate at Stackry is $120.97. Whilst with ShippingXPS the cheapest rate is $56.54. Since then I have stopped using Stackry.

The service apart of the price was good.
