This tiny store worth narrow aisles serves a purpose for locals and visitors. Good organic produce for its size. Has deli and meat/seafood counters, but they close early. Gets busy after the ski day finishes. You could get sticker shock looking at some of these prices: 8 oz of mushrooms for 2.99, and a bottle of Veuve Cliquot Ponsardin sets you back $78! (They have the magnum for 179 of you really want to celebrate!) Being your own grocery bag, or it'll cost you 10 cents. I reused one that I'd bought the previous day, and she charged me anyway. The next time I said, I explained why they owe me a dime; he laughed, but didn't refund me

This is a cute and convenient grocery store in Stowe, Vermont. I stopped in to grab some bananas, bacon, eggs, and a bottle of wine. Their wine selection was impressive—I even found a tasty bottle from New Zealand. The prices seemed reasonable, and the overall vibe of the store was relaxed.

The staff was friendly, and checkout was a breeze. The cashier was especially warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely come back for grocery shopping whenever I’m in Stowe!

rude lady behind deli counter. wearing pink hat. she sighed at us because we asked for chicken. do your job. we are here escaping hurricane milton and our house is destroyed and the last thing we needed was a old lady mad at us because we wanted fried chicken.
