Got a new fridge because my old one was getting older, ice maker stopped working. Picked out a new unit, find out we have a plastic line coming up from the basement, need to replace it with a stainless steal line, better shut off valve. OK, makes sense, pay a plumber 200 bucks to run the new line. Fridge gets delivered, both guys are super nice. They say they are not allowed to connect the water line because the shut off is downstairs. I say ok, well it is shut off right now, can I connect the line to the fridge, go down and turn the valve, you let me know if we have pressure, they say sure. I connect the line, turn the valve, yup, we have water, all good. Next day, still no ice, call up, they say well it takes 24 hours to see any ice. OK. Three days in, still no ice. Call again and are told it is a minimum of $100 to send someone over and figure out why the brand new ice maker does not work. I am not sure what I am going to do to get my ice maker to work like it should, but I do know I will not be paying them another $100 just to come look at it. Shopping local only works when the business stands behind their product. THC sadly does not.

We've shopped here for years for our home furniture and mattresses. We no longer shop anywhere else. Brian is always amazing. They're not pushy and always help us find exactly what we're looking for.

I bought a GE portable dishwasher and a mattress from Total Home center and they're awesome. They were delivered sooner than expected. The delivery crew Brent and Jordan were extremely efficient and courteous, even during a rain storm. They took away the old mattress and dishwasher, all within a half and hour. I have ordered from Total Home Center on several occasions and have always had great experiences from everyone. I highly recommend them.

Jordan & Ernie delivered Washer &Dryer on time, were efficient, thorough and totally professional and good guys! I did a lot of work to prepare, new flooring, shelving and built the stand for WD, so my wife said: I’ll pay for installation and takeaway of old WD. Glad I agreed as Jordan and Ernie made it look easy.

Jordan and Ernie did an excellent job delivering our new fridge today! They went above and beyond (having to back the truck up a long driveway) and they were fast, friendly and super helpful getting the fridge all set up and the old one out. They were great. Highly recommended!
