Went on a Sunday late morning. Wife ordered a Bagel flavor that they had sold out of, no issues with that. She changed to a different flavor as well as a different cream cheese. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with mine toasted. When we received our bagels she had the wrong cream cheese. I had the wrong bagel and it was not toasted. The egg was a very small pre-made puck looking thing that was cold. There was little to no cheese. When we left I went up the throw away our trash, which was most of the food we paid for, i could clearly see the sandwich station. There was loose food all over the prep area and on the floor. This is where they make your sandwich? The tables had not been wiped down and the carpets were very dirty as if they had not been vacuumed in days. Will not be back.

I called and asked to speak to a manager, and the rude girl on the phone said the manager is NEVER around!! No wonder why this place is becoming more awful by the day.. I order the same bagel 4 times a week, when I'm at work.. the last 2 weeks, my bagel has been completely messed up. I always order the western but add bacon, jalapeños and spinach. I am paying extra money for this and my order is also $24 for a bagel.. it's very disappointing that the last 2 weeks, nothing has been added when I'm paying extra for it or im receiving a completelydiffent bagel!!!! Very disappointed.. time to find somewhere else to get my breakfast from 😩

These bagels are tasty! Soft on the inside and chewy on the outside. Go for the asiago-everything bagels. The sandwich creations are also out of this world. The bakers dozen is a good deal, stock your freezer!

GREAT coffee. Great bagel! I could have had a little more ‘toast’ in the ‘toasted’ but the cream cheese was cold (as it should be) and appropriately flavored (bacon, scallion, horseradish) which was delicious. Loved that the everything bagel seasoning was on BOTH SIDES of the bagel (as it should be!) but would have liked to have a little more salt in the seasoning. But that’s a preference thing. Great texture, good size- I left wanting more, which means I will crave this. And that’s a good thing!

Great for a fresh breakfast. Very tasty bagels made in house.
Very nice looking bagel shop. The staff are really sweet. Highly recommend.

Delicious. Reasonably priced. It's a great alternative to the same ole Dunkin or McDonald's. Clean inside. And the staff were very pleasant. Plenty of options between the array of cream cheese and bagels, to the breakfast sandwiches. I will definitely be going back very soon.

Consistently under staffed and slow, usually only have half of the menu items available, the workers (I’m sure because they’re overwhelmed and under paid) are constantly in a bad mood. I see this business going under in the next year or two. Never been to such a poor bagel establishment.
