John was extremely helpful in assisting me with arrangements to get to Smuggler’s Notch Resort from the Burlington Airport. He kept me informed as to when he would be arriving at the airport, was willing to stop and let me pick up some groceries, waited while I checked into my unit and helped with getting everything into the building. My day was completely disrupted when my first flight was cancelled and then the alternate flight was delayed several hours. This left me with no transportation to my final destination. John was the third driver I called and his customer service on the phone and also in person was above and beyond. He is now in my phone contracts and will definitely keep his info for further transportation needs in the Burlington area.

The service was very communicative and worked around multiple adjustments to our scheduled pick up due to multiple delays in our flight from Washington DC to Burlington. We didn’t arrive in time to stop at the grocery store, but if you arrive early in the day he will stop for a curbside pick up. You can order online in advance from
hannafords and have it ready for your trip into the resort!

If you are like us, traveling from south Texas, it’s a great security blanket to know I don’t have to worry about weather coming in and getting in a situation with the rental car. Highly recommend using G&G Taxi!
