All I can say is WOW. The craftsmanship is out of this world. I had a pretty tore up Chloé purse and it looks like I just bought it brand new!!! This was well worth the money to insure that my purse lasts a lifetime!! I highly recommend them.

I recently contacted Rago Brothers regarding an ink stain on my LV bag. With the bag being canvas they confirmed it is hard to clean, but would do their best to clean the stain and hand dye the bag the best they can. Their customer service from start to finish was exceptional and I was amazed when I received the bag back shortly after! I would highly recommend Rago Brothers and will use them again in the future when needed! They are honest, fair, provide exceptional customer service and do an amazing job. The pictures can confirm that! Highly recommend!

After years of recommending Rago Brothers while in the luxury handbag & shoe wear industry, I finally got to see for myself just how outstanding the work they do truly is. I brought in 2 leather handbags & 5 pairs of shoes to be repaired, every single item looks incredible and like new. I think I’m finally converted to shopping second hand more knowing they exist & can repair & redye. Simply phenomenal work & service!

For reference the small Michael Kors leather bag was missing a top gold piece of hardware & the large black purse I’ve had for over 16 years, they redyed the edges.

When the owner of the shop called me to let me know that repairing my boots was going to be a bit of a challenge, I must admit, I was a tad worried. He said the inside platform had disintegrated.
But, thanks to the incredible skills and dedication of him and his team, my boots were returned to me in better shape than ever before! I simply cannot express how thrilled I am with the work that was done. My boots are not just shoes to me; they hold so many memories and are my absolute favorite pair. Very impressed! Fantastic staff, quick turn around, great quality job.

Took in some pretty beaten up Oxford brogues, to have new heels and sole.

Not the cheapest, but definitely worth it.

This is one of two separate reviews for this establishment. I took a red Jimmy Choo bag to get the clasp repaired about 3 months ago. My experience was very positive. The technician informed me they would not promise me they could repair it, but they would try. I was given an approximate estimate range and was not charged. I was very impressed and happy when I returned to pick up the bag a few weeks later. The clasp works perfectly. The service was very very good and the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I could not be happier and recommended Rago to all of my friends.

Excellent repair and service !!! I have heard of Rago’s for years. Many of my friends come here and the salesperson at LV at Short Hills Mall said this is the only place to go . I went in the Fri after Thanksgiving with my vintage bag that had a deteriorating leather liner. I was told no problem and since l was out of town they would rush the repair. I told them not to rush it , to ship it and charge me shipping costs . I was told that they would ship my handbag without charging a shipping fee. By the time l got back to my home in Florida a week later , the bag was already there .
