I have had my stuff in this unit for little over 2 years. I don’t know if management has changed or if there is a higher demand for units, but I am appalled by their communication and lack of ability to keep their word on terms they place.

I have a relative dying of cancer and due to me having to take care of our family farm, as well as care for that relative's parent, I have been spread extremely thin and have been late on payments. Because of this struggle, I have been paying what I can where I can and have also communicated via email of my circumstances with Pack and Park.

They called me 5 TIMES IN ONE DAY on MULTIPLE occasions to let me know that I was late and left plenty of messages. Being that their hours are in the earlier part of the day I am getting called while I am working on a farm with livestock, which is distracting and unsafe. Frankly I am just feeling harassed because of this and the fact I will email them, get no response and the calls will just start up again the next day.

The final straw for me leaving this review is the complete and utter lack of them being able to follow and keep their word and now I am at a loss of whether I will be able to keep my unit after paying all my fees.

I received an email notifying me I am pre lien on 3/13 and I quote the email “if this sum is not paid in full before 4/22/2025 your right to the storage space will terminate”. To which I received more phone calls so I let them know on 3/14 their number was blocked because I was feeling harassed, I let them know my situation with my family and let them know the bill will be paid in full on the 31st.

Why did I receive an email today (3/25/25) with the first line reading “the right of…occupant to use the storage unit known … has terminated” as well as their intention to sell the unit in May? I don’t trust them to keep their word on whether I will keep the unit now that it is paid up and I felt like I was bullied into paying it up sooner than I was able because they did not follow their original email and felt I had to pay it right then and there or they would just do the same thing and decide to sell it sooner.

In my opinion this is a terrible way to do business and feels like a threat for a cash grab.

During the writing of this review, the unit has been paid for and all it’s fees. I am putting this here due to myself feeling that they have not shown to have any respect for their clients enough to follow through with their own statements. I will be removing my items from the unit by the 1st of June 2025.

Don’t get late on your bill or have a family crisis, I guess.

Could not have been easier. We were in a jam and desperately needed a unit. We called around. They got back to us right away as someone was moving out the next day. The staff was super friendly, the rates was very reasonable, and their responsiveness was great. In fact, we moved out and I forgot to tell them. The very next day they called me to make sure I had indeed moved out and to mail me back my security deposit.

The roofs are leaking in these units.. lost so many possessions from stirring our stuff while we were relocating. The management is a joke and won’t rectify the situation .. see you in court! It is your responsibility to make sure these units are well maintained! Obviously your maintenance team lacks their duties. Guess you get what you pay for! Beware!!

Very happy with this place. The units are by far the cheapest I found in the area. Locks are a bit pricey. The good thing is you can pay several months in advance if need be. You will always be greeted by the loveable dog Marley.
