Super impressed with with Ryan and Sunny off-road. Although I wasn’t ready to buy a bike today I wanted to check the Beta 300 out. Ryan took the time to answer all my questions and let my son and me climb all over the bike. Definitely not your traditional dealership and I like that. I will be back when it’s time to purchase. They even sent my son away with a little gift for his dirt bike. Totally made his day. Thanks guys and keep it up!

We needed a problem diagnosed on a mini-bike and Jim was great to work with. He was quick to answer my call and gave me necessary info up front of what to expect. He was able to take a look and fix our problem quickly and with excellent customer service and workmanship. It was a quick job, done right, and we were very appreciative. Would much rather work with Jim and his crew than a cookie cutter dealer. Fair pricing and they even let me ride one of their personal bikes so I could get a feel for the 200 before deciding to buy. Can’t imagine buying a new bike anywhere else in the future.

I had my Beta repaired a few times and the service was fine until I had a major problem. I needed a new top end on my 350, so I left it there all winter to give them plenty of time. However, 3 months turned into 6 months and then 12 months! I couldn't even get an estimate on the parts or labor, and then they stop returning my calls. I had to go pick up my bike, which had nothing done to it, and take it to another dealer. Come to find out, they had actually robbed parts off my bike, which cost me an extra $500 to replace, in addition to the repair. These guys are not a legitimate dealership, just someone's hobby in the back of a warehouse. They will only take of you if they feel like it. Beware!

Sunny Off-Road is the place to go if your looking for a Beta. It's not like the big dealerships in the area. It's a family owned business, and they love to ride! I love it when people ask me. " Hey is that a Honda?" And I can smile and say. NO it's a BETA!!!

We have been shopping dirt bikes and this is the only place we know of that had dirt bikes for us to test ride. They took us up to the local gravel pit where we could really test the bikes on the bumps. We ended up buying a bike that we originally had not considered. They also jet the bike and make sure it is truly ready to ride. The first oil change is also covered by them. There are many other dealers in the area that don't even come close to this kind of service.

Every time I've been there to get parts it's closed, even though the website says open and they never answer the phone. It's ridiculous it's the only Beta "dealership" around.

Who picks up your four wheeler because it stopped running, repairs it and returns it delivered to you in your driveway and NO CHARGE! Thanks Sunny Off-road! This is the kind of people you’ll want to do business with!
