I was quite satisfied with the dispatchers and drivers. They were friendly,fast and inexpensive. That was until I rode with John, the owner. What a grandiose jerk. He doubled the rate and treated me very disrespectfully. No more business from me. Lyft is about the same price so I use them or another taxi. Still angry.

My driver Nachelle was so sweet and full of life. she was constantly making me smile and laugh and she’s really the kind of person i would love to have drive me anywhere and everywhere! She was very respectful and i left that taxi having a better day than i was before! all thanks to Nachelle.

I have been cut off by several of their taxi drivers. Some have even ran stop signs in order to cut me off as the sped through the Walmart parking lot. I personally wouldn’t trust my life with any of their drivers.

I was just picked up and they charged me for wait time.. I went out as soon as I got the text message that they were outside. So 5 dollars extra that i dont have for no reason.. this company used to be awesome but it seems like the people that work there are now just greedy and rude.

WOW! Not being from Cedar City I needed a ride so I tried getting a Lyft and after 30 min wait, I decided to cancel. I Googled Taxi and SOUL TAXI showed up. I called and the nice guy that answered helped me get a quick ride and quick he did. Lori my driver showed up in like 10min and she was SUPER HELPFUL and SUPER FRIENDLY! I’ve NEVER had this kinda service with Lyft or Uber and their rates are INCREDIBLY LOW!
SOUL TAXI GETS 5 STARS but LORI GETS 11 STARS!! She was awesome, so AWESOME, I would recommend her anytime I need a ride again!!
