I started working with Channel Prep this year as I was launching my e-commerce business, and I'm so thankful I found them! Many other 3PL services have many hidden fees, toss you around from rep to rep, and have very high minimums which are hard to hit when you're first starting out. With Channel Prep, I'm able to email or text my account manager whenever I have a question, and they even get on the phone with me. They've been super helpful in getting my store set up, and highly recommend them! I know my products are safe and won't get lost. A genuine small, family-run company that I can trust. Jason and his team have been awesome!! I actually previously booked another prep center but it was much more expensive and the customer service wasn't as good. So I decided to try Channel Prep and boy oh boy has my life changed! They've been so amazing and incredibly flexible. They really work with you and go above and beyond. There were times when I got stuck on some inventory issues and Jason was super helpful and was always there to help answer any questions I had. Overall, i am very very satisfied and pleased with their service. 10/10 will continue to hire!!! They're great and you can't go wrong!! =)

This is the first prep center I have used and I'm so glad that I found it. Jason and his team at Channel Prep do an incredible job of making sure your items get to their destination in amazing condition. The onboarding process was easy and pleasant, and the process to upload your inventory is even easier! The baseline prices are extremely competitive and they get even better for those doing wholesale in large quantities. I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better service for the price, quality, attention to detail, and great communication that is provided by Channel Prep.

Channel prep is hands down the best fulfillment company I’ve worked with to date. They not only kept me updated literally every step of the way, my FBA inventory was in and out of their warehouse in less than 24 hours. How can you possibly beat that?

Jason, one of the founders, was particularly excellent in his service. These guys are the real deal, I recommend them with my eyes closed.
