I had a great experience at Marcos today! I worked with Jim, the owner. He was very kind, helpful and generous! The rest of the staff was also very kind and helpful. The pizza was delicious. Jim told me they make their dough fresh daily, and we could tell. Thanks for the great service. We'll be back!

The restaurant was VERY clean, and upon entering, the staff was incredibly nice, despite other customers being rude to them. My friends and I ordered online pretty much as soon as we were walking in so we knew we would be there a while. It ended up not taking as long though.
They brought our pizza to our table and it was nice and hot, and the food quality was great. One of the employees, I assume it was the manager, approached us and offered drinks on them. They were all super friendly and nice, would highly recommend

Ordered online, was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Got there 40 minutes later and they had not started making the pizza. Unfortunately, I had already paid so I waited for 25 more minutes to get pizza. One girl was pretty nice, but the rest of the staff couldn’t care less. Several people walked out while I was waiting. They must’ve been smart enough to not pay online. Got home….didn’t even get order correct.

Very friendly man who was very kind as soon as we walked in despite this location being very busy. I watched him handle an upset customer and he did amazing. Give this team a raise!

Rating 3 star, cause ultimately it’s the employ with the problem, not the facility, but I just picked up a pizza tonight that I ordered ahead for. I was helped by a guy who appeared to be training a fellow employee. I didn’t leave a tip but had them keep the change of my total

The girl in training said a very snarky and sarcastic comment out loud about how nice I was for having them keep the change, but not not leaving a tip and sarcastically looked and smiled at me the whole time

I’m sorry but doing your job, by servicing customers and handing a pizza out the window isn’t something you should feel entitled to a tip for. Delivery, or an actual service job does. Doubt she’ll last long there for that attitude!

Had a wonderful experience this evening with the crew. Jim's customer service is outstanding! Everyone had a smile on their faces and were happy to be in service to their customers. With all the pizza restaurants in SF this is my favorite. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic surprise find! Great for lunch or dinner. Affordable prices. The pizza was fantastic! Quality was great! Couldn't finish my pizza. Just reheated it for dinner, and still really good. I like that there was just enough crust, and toppings went almost all the way to the edge.

I can't believe there is an awesome pizza place that is that efficient you can order online and pick it up at the drive thru at the time they give you. They don't skimp on cheese or flavour. Can't wait to try more of their menu
