the pizza was so delicious. Really good crust. The treat is also so delicious. We planned on eating a piece and then taking it home but it didn’t make it home!

Our pizza was delicious. I like that we’re able to choose our toppings at no extra cost. We loved dining at MOD in Seattle and so happy to see it in Spanish Fork.
I didn’t have a salad this time, but the salads are fresh and great choices.
The one thing that irritates me is the employees will not greet you and continue to prep the online orders. Big pet peeve! The tables need to be cleaned a little more frequently.

We usually like to stop at this location because it is our halfway point when driving down south. Our family has food allergies, so the gluten free and dairy free options are great for us and convenient that we can all eat at one place! We have never had a problem or gotten sick at this location, until yesterday. The worker seemed annoyed having to wait for me to ask everyone what they wanted, which was maybe 30 seconds to a minute. We told him we needed gluten free crust and dairy free cheese on our pizzas, which usually makes the employee change their gloves automatically and go and get the dairy free cheese from the back. He wrote it all down and told us that we could go and check out and they would get them done. I should have just waited and watched to make sure everything was correct. We waited 20 minutes for our pizzas, and they tasted good, but two of our family members were sick last night and this morning from a reaction to eating gluten/dairy. I know that as someone with these needed accommodations, not everyone is going to know about cross contamination and everything we need, but I feel like if you offer these allergy options, employees should at least know to change gloves and offer fresh toppings/separate cheese. I understand that we take a risk by eating out with our allergies, but we've never had a problem with this location before and felt comfortable going. So I guess we just got the wrong employees this time.

Very nice people and I’m glad they are showing up to work, but there appears to be a severe lack of training for consistency for processes and speed. Our family of 5 was in line with numerous other for a long period of time, our time to order came and we were slowly attended to with lots of inefficient back and forths to other stations. A second line opened and people behind us were bumped forward and there order and additional groups behind us were bumped forward and even cooked prior to us. Our group of 4 pizzas and hot wings were split across 3 cooking groups. Wings were provided ice cold, and by the time the first set of pizzas were out of the oven, the groups behind us had already eaten and left. 2nd set of pizzas done nearly 15 minutes after the first set of pizzas. They redid the cold wings, because I had already taken a bite of one of them, which was a nice gesture, only to burn them this round. Either way, not eating what I ordered today. We were served the specialty pizza without it being cut into slices. It wasn’t busy and there was adequate staff, I just feel there is some serious lack of training to be consistent with what we’ve become accustomed to for quick and consistent experiences with other locations. Well over an hour today on what was supposed to be a quick stop.

We came to Mod in Spanish Fork for lunch today and had a great experience! The workers were very kind and took the time to talk to my child while we ordered. I appreciated being welcomed when we first came through the door. The pizza is yummy, the music is good, and we had a great experience overall. Thanks for being awesome!

I haven’t been to a MOD pizza or similar chain for a quite a while and decided to go today. Felt kind of unclear as far as the flow of things and where to go or just to wait once it was in the oven or pay during that time, or would there be another chance to add other toppings, the employees clearly exchanged looks with each other as I stood there wondering what was next and were snarky rather than helpful such as ā€œif that will be all we can ring you up now while it cooksā€. Not everyone goes to a MOD pizza everyday, maybe put up some clear signs for the flow or give some guidance and don’t seem put out by your customers.
However, the pizza was delicious. Reading some recent reviews it seems like maybe there is a specific employee that could use a customer service refresher. Hopefully management addresses that with their employee.

Pizza is made fresh right in front of you. Its like subway, but you get a delicious pizza instead of a sandwich!
You can choose from pre-designed pizzas or make your own.
It all gets cooked in a big oven and that's the only thing you have to wait for.
They also have salads if pizza isn't what you're feeling.

The man working the pizza assembly line was completely rude and the slowest worker. We we waited in line for 20 minutes just to get our pizzas made with only three people in front of us. He was incredibly awry, moody and mean. He got mad because I asked for gluten free pizza and he had to change his gloves. He was being rude to the female employee Amanda. He was complaining and telling us to not expect to have any toppings because nothing was prepped. He has no sense of urgency and terrible people skills. He got annoyed when we asked for multiple toppings. I believe he was one of the managers. He had a gray beard and mustache. Will not be coming back.
