I order back in April 3 months later got part of the order. Paid over 700 dollars my vegetables never came . A class action sue needs to be made on this company. During this time of virus they are taking advantage of people and taking money without giving the product or the money back . Anyone that reads this please for your own peace of mind do not order from this company. I plan to call the attorney General of Utah and Gepheart . Last week I placed a order on Amazon for food storage have the tracking number already. When placing a order please use a major CC also report to your bank and the card you use the card my help get your money back.

We placed an order with MY FOOD STORAGE in April 2020, it is now the end of Aug and NOTHING but EXCUSES after several emails to them. Not great at communicating, although they were quite eager to take our money. I have asked for an immediate refund, we'll see how quickly this will transpire. Definately a buyers beware situation.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on April 7 with a delivery date of 4-6 wks. My credit card was charged $397 on the day that my order was placed. I have not received my order or any communication from this company. I have called many times, but no one ever answers. I have also emailed and filled out form on the website. I have received no response from this company. I understand that a delay can occur due to covid, but you must communicate with customers.

UPDATE: I was eventually able to speak with someone and received my order. Due to Covid they were inundated with calls. I would suggest calling before placing your order to confirm availability.

Ordering from this company was a huge mistake!I! I made two orders, one late April and one early May, their website says 4 to 6 weeks delivery but I have not received any of my deliveries except a partial order of powdered milk. Same as everyone else, I can't reach anyone on the phone and I'm only gotten two or three respond emails. They claim covid-19 impacted the production and they can't estimate when my order will be shipped out. I am asking for a full refund except for the milk I received and they said they can only offer me a 10% refund. I told them I'm not confident I'll get my order and I want to receive a refund for all the products I didn't receive but have not gotten a response, worst company ever! And total looks like I'm going to lose over $500.

Placed a $200+ order June 2020. Paid via PayPal so my account was charged day of order. The only communication I have received was the order confirmation. It's now September 2020. NO GOODS DELIVERED! I have called & left messages, emailed SEVERAL times & messaged via Facebook with zero response. Time to start filing fraud reports.

I ordered $188 worth of their food storage product, clearing my bank on June 29, 2020...have not recieved any product or returned funds. I've communicated several times..back on July 10, 2020 I .received a reply email from "Adam Thomson" explaining that delivery is delayed...now it is October and still nothing! Have not heard back on any of my calls or email. BOGUS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I will report!!!. The only reason I checked one star, is I couldn't post this post unless I checked it! Obviously, they deserve negative start!!

They took the money from my bank account and never sent the products. I sent complaints to Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. I've sent numerous emails to the company and they responded to none. I posted numerous complaints on Facebook and they blocked me. People need to get lawyers and go after these criminals. Do NOT order from these coward crooks.

Ordered about $600 worth of food April 15th. Been emailing and calling since June. It is now the middle of September, and I am not getting any updates on my order. My guess is that the company went under, and they have an angry mob of ripped off customers. Sadly, I am one of them.
