I got my knife. Before I put the order through I was a little skeptical. But the knife is awesome. Beautiful and great quality. Super sharp and ready to go out of the package usually other knives I tried before need sharpening and stropping but not this one. I am very impressed. Well done I am super happy with my purchase. Love the products, but love the customer service even more! Have ordered blank hiking sticks from them several times with increasingly bigger orders and have been pleased every time. When I let them know we were making sticks for Eagle Scouts, they even worked with us on selection and a better price. Called back a month later and was recognized by my phone number...I mentioned I needed a receipt and he knew exactly which order without me saying anything. Super pleased with them and will continue ordering our supplies and tools from them in the future.

I recently purchased a strong 202 from Treeline. I have been carving for years when I got a hold of 45000 rpm's I new I had been missing out. Wow is this thing ever nice. I purchased a spare had piece so I could have one in the shop and still have one to work with. I had a accident where I was not paying attention and the handpiece came apart. Piece's went everywhere I was going to send it back to Treeline for repair when I called to let them know I was sending it in, T J said lets try a video call and I can help you put it back together. He called me back and within 3 minutes it was working like a brand new on again saving me the wait to send it in get it fixed and get it back. What great service.
