Order was delivered on promised date, cut and bend quality are great. However, material is not as specified. Ordered 2B finish 304 stainless, its clearly not 2B finish as its brushed. Also no protective laser film that typically comes on parts I order in stainless from other suppliers. If you're working with stainless and don't mind a part that is loaded with scratches and gouges great! But for us this isn't going to work out. This is the same reason I only use Send cut send if my local supplier can't turn around an order fast. Love the website experience and had high hopes when I seen that different finish grades were offered. But unfortunately this service will only be kept to a last resort basis for us.

I’ve used Oshcut several times now always with flawless results. I’ve done 1/8” aluminum, 0.075” stainless and 1/8” mild steel. Perfect. Tolerances were fantastic and I always got the finish I asked for. Very, very reasonable shipping costs and turnaround times as well. The web site interface and upload process is really good. No need to talk to a sales person! So refreshing to be able to get one or two prototype parts so quickly and affordably.

Wow, I can't believe I haven't done a review yet! I love this team, fantastic customer service and great quality work. I've used every service/finish at this point and it's all been fantastic. I've seen maybe 2-3 parts that snuck through QC with errors in thousands of parts ordered. From what I remember only one was a laser cut error, something must have slipped as the hole was offset and it was on a very thin .02" part. The other couple were tapping errors, missing a hole or hitting the wrong hole, etc. So very reliable and accurate. I don't think I've had any delays that weren't communicated ahead of time, which allowed me to try to get ahead of any production headaches that could cause on my end. Also the couple of times it happened we were talking about a day or two, I mean I think only once was it more than a day delay. OSH Cut is your manufacturing team in the US. I also love jumping on the site every few months and seeing a new offering that I know I'm going to use, love, and appreciate. They are quickly developing their services.

Third time using OSH Cut, and they did not disappoint. Parts came sooner than expected, well packaged, and perfectly cut. Online ordering is not difficult if you have the correct file format. In my opinion, pricing is still a little high. However, prices were competitive with other quotes I recived.

Great Pricing, phenomenal final product. Couldn't be happier with the process start to finish!

This is the first time I've ever designed something and had it made. OSH Cut helped make me enjoy this. Im now looking for other projects that I can design and have them complete!

The beds are very clean, the holes were clean and all burrs were removed. and powder coating looks VERY NICE!
