Loaded up the bike for Moab and realized I had a broken spoke! I called the guys at the shop and they were able to get me in and repaired and trued my rim quickly so I could be on my way! The price was really fair too especially for a rush job. Would recommend to a friend 🤘

The guys at Hangar know their stuff! They all ride, know the community very well, and some even race with the local high school teams. Lewis is a great manager… the guys there are well trained and have a ton of technical knowledge. It’s obvious that they’re passionate about the industry

Love this bike shop! They always get my bike up and running well, and in and out quickly, which I really appreciate! Lewis is particularly attentive to details and is meticulous when working on bikes. I recently upgraded my frame, and brought my old bike in to the shop to swap everything over to the new frame. Lewis had my new bike put together in a day and a half! So impressed with how quickly they had me back out on the trails!

SERIOUSLY, the best place. I live about an hour away and didn't want to leave me bike over night. It needed a new chain and apparently a new cassette. They had them both in stock and on the bike within 30 minutes. That was epic. I didn't have to make a return trip. I would definitely come here again for any future purchases!

Just got a premium tune up on my mountain bike. Bike runs great now. Only complaint I have is that they called me on a Monday saying my bike was done and ready to be picked up and I came in two days later and as I am expecting to pay and leave they tell me they have to tape up a tire again. They said it would just be a few minutes and I proceeded to wait a half hour to get my bike. I was a bit annoyed that I was called and told my bike was ready then had to wait in the shop to pick it up. Not sure what went wrong on their end but hope it doesn’t happen again to me or anyone else. My time is valuable and I felt it was wasted and not honored during this experience.

I don’t cycle much anymore therefore not a consistent customer at this shop. Two weeks ago, I had to finally use two of the tire tubes (backup tubes) I bought from them last season. One worked fine after a ride but ended up fully deflated the next day (no tire punctures that I’ve noticed. I replaced it with the second one and I couldn’t even get it to hold air in before installing it (leak was towards the base of the valve). I went to this shop to buy more tubes but explained my concerns and previous experience with the Specialized tubes. The shop credited me two tubes at no cost. Mind you, I bought the tubes last season, but didn’t discover the defects until recently. That level of customer service alone deserves 5 stars. Thank you Hangar 15!

Super friendly employees who are always helpful! They’ve fixed some of my bikes pro bono a handful of times when I couldn’t figure something out myself. Prices are fair, and the store is usually well stocked for any tools or parts you may need.

The service I have recieved here is great. They have performed repairs on bikes for me at least twice. Their price is fair and are willing to help as their schedule allows. What I mean by that is a quick tire fix they squeezed in. A full check and maintenance needed to be scheduled. Which was a few days out. All reasonable. The bikes they sell feel like it is geared more to racing and so I hesitate to shop for a bike here. That is because I need a simple bike, not a win the race bike.

Continue to have great service at great prices even in 2022.
