I arrived for my drop and hook. Checked in with guards. You then go drop your trailer and grab loaded. Once you're connected to loaded trailer, you'll park in front of or near receiving office for bills. Gentleman at window was nice. Unsure about parking tho.

The facility is nice Lazer lines for the docking are awesome. The people are a little robotic though and when I asked the receiver what would happen if a driver came to check in and found he had to climb a long set of stairs and was difficult for them to do so her reply was you need to get out of the truck more. When I told her that I was handicapped she said I should have told someone and they would have come down. That's nice to know now but there are no signs that say there are stairs to the receiving office so how do you know to ask for help? She seemed quite condescending and slightly rude.

Nice place for pickup load.No waiting for door.My appointment time 4pm check in 9am,right way door. 4 hours for loading.restroom available.Before check in park your truck between yellow line and check in door near 15 dock.Scale available

It is one of the best places, in 43 years of driving, I've delivered to. Not supposed to park on the street, but you can, at your own risk. Security and the lady in the office are nice. Docks are tight, especially with a 379 or W900. After getting into the dock. You have to slide tandems to the back, dolly down, disconnect, and pull out a bit. They will hook to your ICC bumper on your trailer, so make sure you get a green light. My appointment was at 0500. I checked in at 0445. In dock at 0515, and empty at 0630.

This place is horrible.
On anything other than drop & hook.

They will tell you to come in a couple hours early so they can specifically get out of paying any detention time. They will happily hold you up more than 4 hours pass your original appointment time even if you show up early. Palleted Box load

Drivers go in specifically on your appointment time and get all the detention you are owed. That s*** definitely will not happen again..

They don't care if you have a disability. They don't care. If you have a service animal, you will sit here.

Additionally, there's no handicap access for the drivers, so if any attorney wants to reach out to me about that. Please do so. I am more than I'm bored to recoup my losses.

Showed up for a drop and hook and they didn’t have a trailer loaded so they live loaded me. Figured I’d grab a coke out of the vending machine in shipping that didn’t have prices marked and it charged me $5 for a single can of coke.
