Ordered a custom trailer from LOOK trailers. Was told it would take 6 weeks but took 8. The craftsmanship is terrible!!! None of the angles matchup and then they attempted to make it look better with some terrible chaulking. I could have bought a much cheaper trailer that was built with more pride and effort. The back ramp door is not square and is difficult to latch closed. One of the rear brake lights did not work and the dealership had to fix it. The pictures do not do it just. I am embarrassed to tell people I paid over $12k for this hack job. I will never buy another LOOK trailer or recommend them. Wish I would have done research before ordering from LOOK.

Novae does not honor the Look trailer warranty. After several messages and two conversations where promises were made and not kept, I had the trailer repaired at my own cost. I purchased a Vision 24' trailer. After 2 years and minimal use, the leaf spring broke in half. The trailer ruined two tires on a return trip from St George due to the broken leaf spring. The repair shop said Look used inferior/cheap suspension components. They had never seen a trailer leaf spring break like that before. I will sell my Look trailer and purchase a more reliable trailer like Haulmark.

I purchased a MOAB trailer last October and am extremely disappointed in the trailer. It is not sealed to keep dust out of it and everything inside gets covered in dust every time I take it down a unpaved road. It’s marketed as a off road trailer so I was expecting it to be dust free on the inside. The bed, toilet, sink, and all of my belongings are covered and I had to purchase a blower to blow out the trailer every time I get to camp so it’s habitable. Also, whoever wired the brake lights was lazy and ran the wires under the beams under the trailer instead of tucking them away. A few weeks ago the wires were ripped out by some brush. Not impressed with its quality and I’m regretting my purchase.

First time customer. Went there to pick up a rear door handle for my 12 year old Pace American snow machine trailer. Super friendly and made a installation suggestion since the old parts are no longer made but the new part is 1/4 inch shorter. Then he really blew me out of the water when he threw in 5 self tapping screws to install it (one extra). Oh, did I mention that he didn't even charge me for either part? No accident either. Just wanted a repeat customer and it worked! Saved me the $8 for the handle plus the screws. Super nice customer service for sure. Yeah, I'll be back. Thanks!

The worst trailer we have ever owned. We will never purchase another LOOK trailer. Not only are their trailers of such poor quality materials, their craftsmanship is even worse. In a year and a half we have literally replaced nearly every single thing on this trailer. and have nearly paid for this trailer twice with all of the repairs. Just dealt with more axle problems while in the middle of nowhere. It’s sad when we load the trailer with everything we need in case the trailer breaks down and budget accordingly because repairs on the road are constantly feared. What’s worse is we get absolutely no help from the company and gave up contacting them a long time ago. Don’t make the same mistake we did, take your business elsewhere.

Bought a brand new 20 ft. enclosed trailer in December, while adding some additional wiring to be able to leave battery tenders on my 4-wheelers through the winter months, I discovered that all of the wiring they put in the trailers is connected with scotch locks, which will probably last log enough for the warranty to expire before having major problems with the lights, and I don't even want to think of how they wired in the elec. brakes which will be exposed to the rain, snow etc, so they will probably fail even sooner. I just read a few of the other reviews on look trailers, wish I had been smart enough to have done that before buying the thing, looks like their wiring is not the only thing that is very poor quality, a few others have had major problems with the axels also, brand new trailers stuck in the middle of nowhere because of poor quality and workmanship, sounds like a reason not to pay several thousand dollars for their trailers.

Thought about buying a Look trailer but after reading reviews and seeing poor ratings for trailers but 5 stars from most employees - it’s a solid NOPE. It’s obvious this company makes/encourages their employees to write a 5 star review to get their ratings up. And even with that, they’re only at 4.1 stars.

This company went above and beyond twice when things with my trailer didn't go right. Found parts for me when I was on the road 980 miles away in Texas. Warrantied the axles, and then went through the whole trailer again when I got back into town to make sure everything on my trailer was perfect. ALL UNDER WARRANTY. They will always have my trailer bussiness.
