Not bad of a yard it’s dirt yard no security guard and was in and out hard to find an empty trailer as well

Been here a few times most of the times I go the lot is full and no places to park the pictures has been a pretty recent experience I've seen here I'll never understand stuff like this. GOAL get out and look applies to situations like this to make sure you're not blocking a trailer or another driver from working I get it some of you are exhausted at the end of the day and don't care but if it was me I'd wanna make sure I could actually go to bed without worrying about who's gonna wake me up when they need me to move and how soon that could be because you never know. Obviously those trailers were there before he was because there's no room to move either one of em. Overall nice lot I wish they would do that to the Cheyenne yard where I park because keeping the floor clean is a chore in the winter.

Brightly lit, ground is concrete and not muddy. Only problem. Is that some trailers and parked in front of the other so some trailers are blocked in. You'd have to move 2 trailers if yours is blocked.

One portapotty in a dirt lot. Empties are rare. No restroom, no showers, no shack... like Robinson Crusoe, it's as primitive as can be. Not a bad thing necessarily. It's quieter, less boisterous. It be what it be.

Now they have concrete pavement in the yard only if the Indy yard can go the same, it’s a few spots to eat not too far from the drop yard or you can get your food delivered to you.

A little more lighting would help. The trailer repair shop at the yard is awesome . great place to get washer fluid cheap for your truck.
