Their drivers are completely unsafe!!! Driver 308 plate #KGW 923 almost crashed into me today speeding into the roundabout in Montpellier! Totally irresponsible and reckless….especially in a company vehicle.

I had to quickly send a same-day birthday gift to my daughter in Vermont but I was in DC. I ordered flowers and candy from a florist in Burlington and contracted VDS to pick them up and deliver an hour away. My daughter called a few hours later to say thank you and said that the driver actually sang Happy Birthday to her!!! And he sang the Stevie Wonder version...if you know, then you know LOL. The service was easy and my daughter said that I had to write a review because the driver was so awesome. Thank you so much Vital Delivery Solutions!

We use Green Mountain Messenger frequently for our business. The people who assist on the phone and the drivers are easy to work with, kind & an overall pleasure to interact with.
Green Mountain Messenger comes to pick-up our items & delivers them quickly and professionally to our clients.
When the drivers come to pick up goods, I am usually laughing as they walk out the door... they are personable and funny. This makes me feel good that they are representing us on the other end delivering to our customers.
We have never had an issue with our delivers or any problems associated with the service. I would highly recommend them.
Overall the working relationship is a complete "WIN-WIN". 🙂

On Friday afternoon, June 2nd at 2:00 pm, I came off the I-89 Williston Road South Burlington off-ramp and saw a man lying in the middle of the road on the on-ramp. I pulled off the road and ran over to see if I could offer assistance. First to stop to render aid had been a Vital Delivery Solutions driver, Patrick Webb. This individual is a true professional driver. He was kind, compassionate, responsible, and calm in this emergency. The man lying in the road was unresponsive, having suffered an unknown medical event. Patrick assisted with directing traffic, assessing the patient and calling EMS, even while vehicles were attempting to drive through the scene, inches from the patients head. Your organization should be proud of your employee, your driver training and of your corporate culture that would lead this employee to be so exemplary. The definition of corporate culture is: "Corporate culture is the collection of values, beliefs, ethics, and attitudes that characterize an organization and guide its practices." You are the best!

I just witnessed two of your delivery drivers yelling and swearing at eachother at my job site. It was super uncomfortable and scary to be around.

Behind company car 77 today in Malone, NY. The driver passed me in a no passing zone and almost caused an accident. Then they sped through town and when we were back in the rural area where speed limit is 65, they keep slowing down then speeding up. Looks like they are using a hand-held device that is illegal to do in New York while driving

The first attempt at delivering my package, they said the business was closed and they could not deliver. They were delivering to my house, no signature was required, and I was home all day. The next day I called in the morning and a women told me it would be redelivered that day. By the afternoon I called again, there was a reason I needed a fast delivery, and the man said the driver didn’t have my package, they never had it, and he didn’t know why it said there was a delivery attempt. The third day I found my package sitting on my neighbor’s porch despite the fact my house number is really easy to read. It was almost as if they made it intentionally hard for me to get my order. When I emailed them after, no one bothered to respond.

Just superb!!! We're located in Texas and needed a package delivered the same day to a USCIS service center in Vermont. Green Mountain Messenger is located 40 minutes from the service center but they had my package delivered and signed for an hour after I had contacted them! Hayley helped me out today and she is extremely polite, professional and efficient. Don't hesitate to use their services. Thank you GMM for your help today!
