Went for dinner. They were not busy. The only thing served warm was cheese sticks because they had to be cooked. Fries and sandwiches were room temperature. Dining room floor was sticky. Leaving a review because this location seems to be getting consistently worse with food, service, and atmosphere.

Review from my wife and I:
I don’t know the brown haired female server that was attending the drive through window on 8-2-2024 at 5:55pm but she needs a serious training on being courteous.
I used the app and missed adding condiments. I asked for them at the window and she told me I should have done that on the app. She was very rude about it. I wish I knew her name and the owner so this gets addressed.
I’ve never been treated this way at any restaurant.
I used to own and operate a local restaurant and I’d never allow such.
My alias is just that.
If I could talk to the owner/manager I’d be more than happy to reveal my real name.

Food was great.
Service was fast.
Employee was severely rude for no reason.

Edit: the manager reached out to me. That means a lot. She did her best to make it right. She apologized for our encounter.
We’ve been there a few times since then.
No problem.
I’ve even met the manager. She is very nice and professional. We’ll continue to do business there.
Some people aren’t meant to be in the service industry.
They had one.

The food is not really good here. The au jus for the French dip is extremely watered down and just tastes like water with a brown tint to it. The fries have way too much salt and the drinks usually don't work

I am truly humbled by the manager named Carlee here. She is so kind and she is an outstanding employee!!! The food here is great!! I dined in and had no issues. Not crowds here at 10 am and thats ideal. Clean as well!! Very thankful!! Come help this local business succeed cause times are tough!

This review is based on numerous visits to pick up food for friends. I personally would never patronize this establishment.
It is one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been too. The staff has been extremely slow to come to the counter and take my order each time I visited. They have a very difficult time understanding and entering your order in their system when you give it to them. They are more often than not rude and not courteous. And frequently get your order wrong.

My sandwich was hot and fresh but the fries and the manager was having issues because her workers hadn’t showed up. She was cussing and fussing I understand when people don’t show up for work it disrupts the flow of things but you have vent in private not in public but Ashley was great brought my food right to me when it was ready
