I’ve had such a positive experience with this company that I’ve now used them twice for my moves. The first time, they moved me from a third-floor apartment and packed and stored my belongings in their facility. My items remained there for a year and a half, and when it was time to move again, I didn’t hesitate to hire them once more.

Juan and Jesus handled my move this time, starting by packing up the storage unit that had been with them for 18 months. Then, they went to my second storage unit, packed that up, and finally came to my home to load everything else. They transported all of my belongings to my new place and unloaded them efficiently.

Their professionalism and speed are outstanding. Although I had different team members for each move, the experience was consistently excellent. I was especially impressed that the items stored in their facility were dust-free and in perfect condition—unlike the belongings from my secondary storage unit, which had accumulated dust and dirt over the same period.

After seeing firsthand how well this company operates and how exceptional their employees are, I can confidently say this is the only way to move. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family!

Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. I regret it completely. I wish I went with other offers but I trusted them and that’s my own fault. Do not add more stress to your move by using this company or you will regret it also. Additionally, I was told that a manger would call me but they did not and then they had the audacity to charge my card- mind you they damaged my floors which will cost so much money to repair but not a peep from pioneer moving.

I want to shout out Pioneer Movers Tyrone, Izack & Drew who moved by precious 1956 Seeburg VL - 200 Jukebox along with other furniture items, boxes & bedroom items. Moving the most prized item was the 380 - 400 lb Jukebox. They professionally wrapped it and moved it out Of my basement and up the stairs and loaded it into the truck without any issues. They unloaded it very carefully and it works perfect as expected.They were very sociable and displayed respect for everything involved it the move. Also want to mention Bob Cottrell who set up the moving and to say how great of an experience it was he is amazing. I highly recommend Pioneer Movers.
