Quick and very easy. Will recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit for sure.Very prompt in getting back to me with any issue I had. Instructions were very clear when moving in and out. I would recommend to anyone and the fact that they have 24 hour access was a plus for sure and for the right price.

Customer service sucks, don't answer emails, texts, phone calls and so if you need to have their assistance, good luck. The facility didn't feel secure and needs to be updated. They increased their prices in a six month period by over 100%

Had a hard time getting rhe lease signed as everytime i opened it, it would freeze my phone. But i eventually got it. Tried stopping by to talk to someone about it and realized there was no office, that was dissapointing. Finally got my gate code today after renting the unit on thursday (5 days later)

But the price was the best i could find and the units are nice!

Maintenance is lacking; roll up doors are difficult to open on 3 of my 4 doors; getting ahold of someone was difficult; when I cancelled my unit. They didn't record my cancelation properly and charged me for it and I had to request a refund.

When management changed we received a $60 per month increase AND we were now required to purchase insurance for another $15 per month.

That is why we closed 3 of our 4 units.

The facility was alright, the company was amazing, but once a larger company purchased the storage place, it went down hill significantly. Prices are now the same as indoor, temperature-controlled facilities, but the only change was a fancier gate entry keypad.

Service reps were nice for the most part, but I was told at least 12 times that management would get back to me and there wasn't a single time that actually happened. The woman labeled as management also never answered her calls during business hours, either.

I rented a unit for years there was minimal complaints from me I’d say the biggest issue is when they re did the road all the dust and debris for inside the unit that was disappointing and frustrating. After new owners took over they increased the rate which is fine and to be somewhat expected but they never notified us of the changes when speaking to an office lady about this not being right and should at least notify us she was extremely rude and nasty with me.
The rate was still cheaper than other places around however respect is worth a lot and I moved unit strictly because of how the new management treated me.
