NEVER a manager on site, can't make a payment on their portal (says no account found), customer service is useless!
Sign on the door to call customer service and customer service cannot "see your units balance" until you make a payment.
Made a payment then was told I owe more!
Every month get charged for insurance even though have provided my personal insurance to the office manager an told every month the charge has been removed.

Definitely would NEVER recommend this company!

I know that my storage unit is safe and sound. The gate has locked keypad to get in and out. It's gated and the service is great. I can call n pay my payment over the phone. If they don't answer right away then they call you right back and that's nice. I haven't had any complaints from anyone I have talked to there. Like I said. I have a peace of mind..
