Stopped here for some breakfast while passing through and it was great. Friendly staff, which service, good food and an affordable price. Will for sure be back.

Great little restaurant. They made efficient use of the small space they have for seating. It was small, but not crowded.

The service was incredible. Friendly while making a couple of passes to make sure I was taken care of.

I got the chicken fried steak for breakfast. I think the steak was fried on the cook-top, not put in a fryer, which gave it an amazing crisp crust. There was almost too much salt an pepper on the steak, but the gravy was perfectly seasoned with sausage and pepper.

The thin sliced, fried potatoes were amazing. How they were cooked ranged from crispy, dark pieces, to golden brown parts and softer pieces. Just a but of garlic and salt made them perfect.

The medium hard eggs were cooked perfectly. It was a serving big enough for two people, so I took half to go. The Raspberry jelly for the toast spilled all over the other leftovers and made them amazing.

The steak was cube steak and a bit tough. I would say, for $22 before tip, include a bit nicer steak, a litte less seasoning on the steak batter and it would have been perfect. Still a 5 star review however.

I rarely leave reviews, you have to be a cut above normal for me to even consider it. This small restaurant was clean and attractive inside. The staff were efficent, kind and cheerful. The breakfast good and the homemade scone divine. Definitely worth the stop!

Great location and a perfect Road Trip stop! Portion sizes are generous and the prices are unbeatable! the food is delicious and this place is very popular! Our server must be a morning person because she was quick with all of our coffees and customer service is unbeatable! Thank you so much and I will be going out of my way to visit again!

Betty's Cafe. If you are looking for a classic homespun breakfast or lunch diner-style restaurant ( closes at 2pm everyday, currently) you have found it. You can order breakfast or lunch anytime of the day they are open. The bonus is the service and the quality and preparation of the menu items. I was served the largest and tastiest sausage patty ever! (also note that the ham steaks are gigantic and perfectly cooked). The menu offers all the usual suspects for breakfast, but in addition a few stand out. 'The Outlaw' breakfast platter is a classic. It is a hamburger steak, 2 eggs, fried potatoes, either a biscuit, toast or pancake I would suggest the pancake, as they are perfect). With 'The Outlaw' you have a choice of white or brown gravy (or the off-menu option of mixed).
Another star on the menu is the in-house made Cinnamon Rolls. You will need help eating this one for sure. Beautiful icing and the right amount of cinnamon in the flakey pastry. It is huuuge. To be sure the menu has omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, steaks, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, breakfast burrito and various sides.
If you want lunch, you will be happy too. Pork chops, sirloin steak, chicken fried steak, burgers, BLTs, fish & chips, Navajo tacos, salads and mashed potatoes, fried potatoes or french fries. Home soups and chili are some of the best you can get. All soups are also served with a homemade scone. Great lunches.
It is hard to say how much I recommend Betty's Cafe. If you are in the area and do not eat here, do so at your own peril. Great job to the staff and ownership at Betty's Cafe. Your pride in quality of food, attention to detail on cleanliness and world class service shined bright. Thanks for a great experience. KUDOS!!!

This place seems to be very popular with the working men early in the morning. I ordered the french toast with a huge piece of ham steak. The french toast was quite ordinary and the ham steak was a little too salty by itself but combining both with syrup somehow made it very tasty. The coffee was very good and refill was quick.

Small breakfast (and lunch) place and right it's just eggs right. Omg. Best breakfast ever (I am saying this calmly). Just that much better than most places ever. And a humongous ham steak....that is super delicious.servive was polite, interactive, engaged and great. If I am in town I will always go.
