The gentlemen that work there are all very helpful and polite. I love that! They were out of quite a few items, but I can understand how things can get towards the evening. They went out of their way to make our first experience a good one! Great energy and great service can definitely add brownie points!!

The pizza is sooooo good!! And I loved the Hibiscus Lemonade that I had. There weren't a lot of people there during the time they we went, so there was ample seating. I'm sure we'll be back sometime in the future.

Update 7/2024...Does anyone clean this place? The Health Department score is 84 but I'm surprised it's this high! We came right when they opened, and the whole restaurant lobby was filthy! The ice machine was dripping and flooding by the wall, and bathrooms were disgusting. This place needs a really good cleaning! Pizza wasn't as good as it was the first time I visited this location.

I enjoyed my whole experience. I came with my mother around noon time to get some pizza. We had never been before so we wanted to try their entrée pizzas. I ordered a pizza with chicken, bacon and spinach with a pomegranate lemonade. We both enjoyed our meals, and the staff was extremely helpful. I can’t wait to come back in the future.

First off, the pizza is excellent. The ingredients is fresh and they are generous with the toppings. The manager is super nice and always makes sure the order is correct and the customer is taken care of. The dinning area is clean and outside of lunch it’s not crowded. If your ordering to go go on google and order it and they will have it ready when you arrive. This is a great spot to eat in montgomery!

This is the first disappointing experience I’ve received at this location. I ordered two pizzas online with cheese and different toppings. What I received was unacceptable. One pizza was scarce with toppings; the other was a disaster pics below). It had NO CHEESE at all, just toppings and crust. I contacted the manager on duty and she was actually nice about doing a remake but I wanted a refund. She stated she could not process a refund but the general manager would contact me the next day to do so. Of course the gm never did. I will never spend my money at this location again.

This was my first time visiting Pieology and I was conveniently impressed. Essentially, it is a build-your-own restaurant much like a few others in the area, however it is done with pizza and salad instead. Based on the locality of the restaurant, the pizza toppings are understandably ample in the choices, everything from pineapple to walnuts and sunflower seed kernels. I was heavily impressed.

A big factor for me was the friendly and accommodating manager and staff. They were all very nice. I am lactose intolerant and my girlfriend just had gastric bypass, so, needless to say, we were somewhat difficult in our requests. But, Pieology did a very good job making a special pizza perfectly catered to our needs. 3/4 red sauce and meat, 1/4 cheese and spinach.

I would highly recommend the restaurant. And I will be returning. The largest benefit to this restaurant for me is the healthiness of the food. Most people assume pizza to be greasy, or oil-laden, however the from thin crust, to the toppings, and on to the greenery, everything tastes clean and refreshing.

Plus, the expediency of the staff waiting on us at our table was phenomenal. They brought the pizza to the table, took away the old pizza tray and our trash, and brought us additional sides for free per our request.

All in all, great experience. Was extremely pleased.

My experience here was great! The wait wasn’t too long at all, the food was fresh out of the oven and I could get any topping I want. For a personal sized pizza, it isn’t too bad . I felt full and satisfied with each bite and had 2 slices left over to eat. Friendly customer service and easy to navigate. I would come again next time to customize my next pizza! I got garlic butter, Alfredo, mozzarella cheese, regular chicken, spicy chicken, banana peppers and a little bit of spinach , and bacon on think crust .

I would not recommend this place to anyone after the service I received today. I placed an online order and after arriving a few minutes after the expected “ready by time” it still wasn’t ready. I waited almost 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me. The gentleman said it wasn’t ready so I sat down. After 30 minutes I went back up to the counter after seeing many people getting pizzas who placed and order after I did. The 2nd gentleman said it wasn’t ready and started checking tickets and other pizzas in the oven. He came back with my pizza. I asked him for the cookies I also had ordered and he pointed down to the 3 they still had available. I said no thank you none of those are the ones I requested. I said I wanted a refund and he gave me a receipt and said he’d process the refund shortly. It’s now be a few hours later and I still haven’t heard anything. Customer service was awful but they do make a good pizza. Not worth a 50 total minute wait though.
