Tyson in the office was super helpful and kind. I will be storing electronics and he reminded me that I’d probably want a unit inside so they don’t get ruined. I appreciated that suggestion and I didn’t really think about that at first. The prices are pretty reasonable and they have good variety of sizes to choose from. I am happy with my choice here for storage needs!

I had a great experience with this company. Unlike other places I called, they always answer the phone and are easy to reach. The website was user-friendly and allowed me to see available units and pricing without having to create a login. Everything was done remotely, making it extremely easy to reserve the unit and to access it. They provide a lot of security and great customer service. Would highly recommend!!

Customer service is really good, and the storage units are inexpensive while also giving me the space I need. They really helped walk me through the process and made sure I understood.

One of the worst experiences I have had. Everything started out great until they asked if they could move my stuff from my storage unit to the one next door in return for one month of rent. I agreed to this and called back a week later to see if anything was damaged during the move. They told me that they did not end up moving my stuff and I would not get a free months rent. Later when I returned to my storage unit I found out this was not the case. They moved half of my stuff to the next door storage unit and worked on my original storage unit without removing everything. Doing this they caused me over $500 in damages. I requested that I get my one months free rent that they promised and they finally agreed after 5 or so calls to remind them to credit me. After this due to buying the nicest insurance they offer I tried to get compensated for what they damaged. After about 10 phone calls I realized that they would not honor insurance and how shady of a company they are. I would not recommend anyone using this company. They have horrible customer service, a horrible manager and horrible company policies. The pictures show how they installed a box on the wall and destroyed my stuff.

The space is huge! The ceiling is very tall (almost 2-floors) and you can stack very high. The staff is very friendly and patiently answered every questions I have and also applied as much discounts as possible for the payment. Love it!

I never give out 5 stars, so 4 is great. What I find to be the greatest asset of this storage place is that the police are always in the area. I had a very bad experience and was burglarized at Diamond Storage, the thieves were never caught, and I was never reimbursed by their forced "insurance." No worries here, the coppers take their breaks under the bridge practically next door. Staff is nice and friendly, no issues with entry/exit, and the location is perfect for me. They jack the price up after a few months (once you get your unit completed), but that is true of most every place. The only thing I would like to see changed is their access hours. 9pm is a bit too early, especially in the spring and summer when I need access the most. I think it should be 10pm year round, 11pm during the summer, and midnight on the weekends.
