Excellent location but quite the awful experience renting here. I got online and rented a unit here around 7 pm and arrived just after 8 pm with my first load of neatly binned belongings to be stored. The website and the sign on the gate both say open until 9 pm while the on sight manager says no that's wrong gate closes at 8 pm. They reluctantly allow us to load in the things we had with us but at least allowed that to occur. The following evening I moved the bulk of my things into my unit and was organizing things went to the bathroom and was coming back to finish putting last couple things into it to shut it for the day and one of the managers says it's past 8:00 and I'm trespassing and need to leave or she will call the cops. I said I'm sorry let me close my unit quick & I'll be on my way. In the meantime the other onsite manager comes out & I kinda expected an apology for the unnecessary threat to call the cops on me but no he picks up where she left off. I say this isn't going to work for me (mind you this all before 9 pm the stated time still on the gate and website) and we agree to end the lease at the end of month which was only a few days out. To top it off the owner of the units calls and leaves a message reminding me to be out of there not a hey what's up what happened thing just basically you gotta go as I was anyhow. So yeah terrible customer service incorrect hours posted on website & on gate. So yeah don't rent here there are a dozen other storage places within a 1 mile radius of this place all similar prices and I'm sure at least a few don't have incompetent management and ownership.

Great location. Excellent customer service. Fair price. What else could you want in a storage spot? A Head and shoulders better experience than my previous one at Extra Space.

Spoke with me at my unit about footprints. I walk over, there are footprints left in the dust in the hallway that are my shoe pattern. Well look at that, I did leave footprints... in the dust in the hallway. I get home and see an email. "We previously discussed your footprints in the dust in the hallway, we will now charge the $10 clean out fee that we charge people that move out of their unit and leave it a mess." Firstly, this email is the first legal notice i ever received from you about your issue with me having left footprints in the dust that was in your hallway, second... you are charging me the fee for moving out and leaving a mess because you don't like that you have to clean your own hallways? What? Do you just charge a random resident so you get paid to sweep your own hallways? I came back... still dusty, brought a broom and swept all the dust over to the other side of the hallway. Now if you want to complain about dust, it won't be to me. I am infuriated. Just got my bill, higher with that clean out fee. I'm so fixin mad.

Edit: On-site manager was the dick. The higher up management contacted me and removed the charge. All is better at the unit. The unit is still overpriced for what it is. No climate control, dusty hallways, no cameras in the unit hall, no security monitoring, surly on-site management, expensive, inconvenient entry point, etc... but it's close.

The best self-storage I've used. My sister recommended I use Sugarhouse Self Storage. I'm glad I listened to her. I've used this storage for over 2 years now, and it's worked wonderfully. Very clean, well maintained, secure, and great services. I highly recommend to anyone needing extra storage space to use them as well.
