Great company, nice people and fast in and out. Delivery was really fast but you need to stick with your appointment time. Not too much of space to swing through with semi,like three trucks at the time but nothing too complicated.
No overnight parking and street parking is very limited since there is residential area around the corner.

Follow the route for trucks from exiting onto 600 N, take a right onto N 400 W, take another right onto 400 N (Different 400, blame SLC), follow it to the end where the road curves and park on the street to check in. Only enough room for two trucks on the street. When it's time for your appointment swing extra wide or you'll take out their fence. They allow the person next up to wait onsite and not on the street. Two dock doors for unloading, they'll put a lock on your air line when they start unloading. They unload one truck at a time. When you back into the dock door utilize the gravel lot in front of you as well. They typically can unload a full trailer within the hour but since they unload one truck at a time you may wait in the door for an hour. You may be waiting on the street for up to three hours (rare but can happen). When you leave you can follow the same route but it's easier to go right out of their facility because it will take you to the I-15 but you can't come from this wait because you can't exit the I-15 onto this street only enter.

Kinda confusing to get into, but they were friendly and inloaded quickly. It was my first time going there, so next time will be easier.

Fast, courteous, plenty of room once you get in the back to set up for a straight back. They only have two docks. Be on time for your appointment. Park on street and check in in the back. There's only room for two to three trucks on the street. It's tight getting in and out.

A nice place to make a delivery for a class a driver. You come in from the north you park on the street. You walk down past the first set of docks with your papers off to the right past the mechanic bay, there's signs everywhere tell you how to do what you need to do. To get out you have to make a tight u-turn or a Good well planned three point turn assuming your windows are rolled down so you can hear forklifts and you can see clearly out your rear view mirrors whereas you may not be able to early in the morning when the sun is in your eyes. Kind of risky going in reverse in a place where people walking around forklift. Chew up your tires or the three-point will be a little more risky. They processed me so fast they unloaded and reloaded the truck with pallets in less than an hour.

Nice people, don't try and get here earlier then appointment time there's really no parking. if your trying to get here and spend the night that's a no go. You have to park on the street then go check in.
