The most professional, detail oriented, and friendliest raft rental company in the business. On the phone, Melanie is the best and has superior customer service skills. On the ground, Ed was fantastic and came with all of the knowledge we'd need for a successful trip. The equipment was excellent and seemed almost new. We are so grateful to these folks and wish we could come back to run the Yampa every year!

We used RRT for shuttle on a recent Gates of Lodore trip and our vehicles arrived at the take-out on time and in the condition we left them - seems elementary, but that's a high bar in the world of shuttle companies sometimes.

Melanie, Ed, and co were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable to make sure we had everything in good order during the planning process, and the shuttle crew was even able to grab an item we left at the put-in and put it back in the appropriate car so it was waiting at the takeout. Thankful for their services and hope we have the chance to use them again on a future trip!

I don’t usually post reviews but I wanted to since I was so impressed. I was part of a large private rafting group going down the Green who rented rafts, other equipment and got food through RRT. There were so many logistics and our order and needs kept changing. They worked with us and everything showed up on time and complete. They really thought through things and provided everything we needed on the river. We had a great trip.

We hired RT to shuttle our vehicles for a private raft trip on the permitted section of the Green River. Our vehicles and trailers arrived safely. The ice we purchased from RT was still frozen in our cooler after 5 days. One member of our party rented a raft and that rubber was in great condition. But the most impressive thing was helpful information they shared. Melanie is a gem! She has a wealth of information about the local rafting scene. She is also personally generous, graciously offering to help us when we encountered some unexpected challenges beyond our control. More than a just a shuttle service, RT is a great resource.

We couldn’t have been better served!
There was a problem with a tire losing air on our friend’s trailer. We contacted the Shuttle office, explained the situation, and left it in their capable hands. At the end of a wonderful five-day float both of our outfits were waiting for us at Split Mt Campground with the problem tire holding air, having had a new valve stem installed, and we were ready to hit the road for home. We are SO grateful!!

Incredible gear and service. The team made coordinating our trip a breeze from start to finish - even helping us rendezvous with some of our party at a different location and handling multiple vehicles.
