I arrived at 9:55 p.m. and checked. The gate closes at 10 p.m. I got an appointment at 6 a.m. Overnight parking across the street, a lot of places for trucks. In the morning, the unloading started 07:45 a.m. and ended at 09:05 a.m.

It’s 9pm had appointment at 7pm it’s 9pm literally had to go in multiple times to try to check in Guard for shipping & receiving was not in office , had to ask other workers to call him up ! I was u untarpped an unstrapped ready to get u loaded had the forklift guy go slow as hell it was literally 10 pallets never will do this load again , facility should not take this long mind you I was the only truck the whole time. !

If I could leave a review in the negative, it would be negative 10!

I arrived to drop a load at 8:00. I was neglected for 3 hours then finally was visited by a forklift driver who admitted that their “system is broken”.

Additionally, I called the office and was very rudely treated by the female receptionist who ended our call by hanging up on me.

It’s Christmas week and I’m only trying to get to my next appointment and home by Christmas.

I’m terribly disappointed by this establishment!

Dry vans door # 301 .... 306 .. Flat beds turn left at entrance .. appointment 09;00 . Check in 07;45. Start unloading 08:15. Empty 08:30 .. parcial load

Bad place for truck drivers. My bad I didn’t notice that i have appointment. I was late for 2 hours and already 2 hours late after my check in and nobody wanna work. Horrible workers and horrible faciliti

Wasn’t as bad as the reviews said
Once you untarp and unstrap your bay is assigned was in and out within 2hrs
Only issue I had is they make you tarp lumber that’s outside only for you to bring it here to be kept outside 😡😡😡

I really appreciate your kindness and the quick unloading.
My load was late from the shipper in Tacoma WA
Initially, the delivery was scheduled for 07/31 they load me on 08/02 in order to make it by 08/04 as a backup delivery.
I made it to your facility on the 08/03 at 7 PM and you unload me earlier than i was expecting and i was out at 8:30 PM.
