We had a great experience living here. Lillian the property manager is great. She was always kind and responsive, genuinely cared, and was fair with my move out process(which can be hard to find in a landlord/PM). Antonio was always very quick to make repairs, and they were regularly making improvements to the property/units. I hated the wind and dirt but that is the reality of this area with the pits and canyon nearby.

We absolutely loved living here! Lillian is the best apartment manager we've ever had and our neighbors were all so wonderful! It's such a wonderful area to live. Not too busy, and feels very safe. There's a nice play ground for kids and a great park just down the street. The apartments are very spacious and have lots of storage space, plus updated appliances which are really nice! I would definitely recommend living here!

We've lived here for 7-8 years and love it! Antonio, the maintenance guy, is quick to fix any issues we have and management is nice! We love how safe and friendly the neighborhood feels!

Update Aug 2022: more recently the new management has been so amazing. Lillian is wonderful to work with and continues to make living in the community better. So glad to have a kind and communicative manager.

I have rented for years and this complex is really nice. My best friend and I rent a 3 bedroom and the patios are a good size, it has storage with a locked door off of the patio, and the apartments are well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond and the layout of the apartment is quite good, utilizing space. The showers are probably my favorite. They have a rounded rod so there is more space than usual and the shower heads are awesome. This is a quiet little place, occasionally kids run around in the common areas. It is a very calming and peaceful area and shopping is just up the hill on hwy 89 plus lots of places to eat. There is a Maverik just down the street and right across the street is a Little Caesars. South Weber is a bit windy, but it is worth it for the lovely views and calm feel of the area. All in all, we love it here!

Lived here for five years and loved it. Maintenance is good and friendly. Great area for kids, not too noisy and good overall location. Had a few property managers in my time and some are better than others. The property can have trash blown about on very windy days/nights. If I needed to move back I would.

The apartment itself is fine and has a decent amount of space, but there is often garbage on the ground around the building next to ours, and the parking situation is not ideal for people with small children. The walls are very thin here, so if you don’t like hearing your neighbors talking, find somewhere else to live. They also tried to get us to pay extra money for a their mistake in our contract, but I won’t get into that.
My main concern is that they do not seem to place shoveling the snow off the sidewalks as a high priority. It is now 1:19pm on a Wednesday, and the sidewalks haven’t been touched. They also do not place ice melt on the sidewalks until after they do snow removal, so often times it is very icy in the mornings. This makes it fun walking to my car while carrying my baby in his car seat. I asked them to be better about shoveling, and they said, “The company that does our snow removal will also place ice melt down at the time that the snow is removed. When it's a situation where there is no snow removal, Antonio starts clearing the sidewalks and putting ice melt down when he gets here.”

Soo when does he get here? He’ll apparently remove the snow every evening when everyone has already slipped trying to walk to their cars. They clearly need to hire a new snow removal company who will do the job.

I love the neighborhood here. We have lived here for a year and we moved in because it was a nice place for a bit cheaper than other places around. The two bedroom apartment we live in is nice. There are plenty of kids for my children to play with and the play area in the center makes for a nice community feel when the kids are out playing.

Ridiculous office hours (9am-1pm Tuesday- Saturday, really) and unprofessional management.

We made an appointment to see an apartment but when we arrived there was no one there to show it to us. We waited for the manager, Candace, to show up for thirty minutes, and even called to let her know that we were there, but she never showed up and didn't return our call so we left. When we asked about apartment details we were told by management that they had 2 bedroom, 2 1/4 baths starting at $1050/month but when I looked it up, their website showed 2 bedroom, 1 1/4 baths. It's unprofessional to stand up prospective tenants and it's rude not to return their phone calls. We won't be giving Cambridge Crossing our money.
