One star is more than enough for this clowns. Arrived @ 2:15 pm 45 minutes before my appointment and the lady in there said to come back at 3:00 pm. It was only 1 truck getting loaded there. SO DRIVERS DO NOT TRY TO CHECK IN EARLIER THAN YOU APPOINTMENT TIME

No one told us we needed an appt nor that they didn't start unloading till 10 am. We were told you could unload at 8 so we went hard on the 1800 miles to be there at 8 am sharp. Found out the night before online by accident that it was 10 or later by appt only. Tried setting up an appt then only to be told none were available and it would be the following day at the soonest to get unloaded, so another 24 hour wait it would be. However, we called and spoke to a man that told us to come on and after a couple trucks he would work us on in . After less than an hour we were empty and on our way . It turned out to be a pleasant experience but regardless of what your freight bills or confirmations say, they DO NOT begin unloading until 10 am and then its by appt only. Call ahead !!!! Very nice folks that we personally dealt with though. It's the brokers telling you to be there before they even open ! Haha .... NOT the warehouse .... so CALL CALL CALL ! 🙂

Pickup / delivery strictly by agreement, delivered many times and each time unloaded very quickly. Of the minuses, there is very little space on the territory, it would be better for you to leave the truck outside the territory and go to the office to check in

Poor customer service no appreciation for showing up early keeping your appointment when supposedly there is no appointment but if your paperwork says 8 in the morning and they start unloading till 10 why would they give you or someone an appointment at 8 in the morning and now it's my fault I have to pay for someone else's mistakes I have to hang out till the end of the day to see if I can get squeezed in not professional at all
