If i could give 10 stars I would. Clint was wonderful to work with. Dependable, respectful and did a great job on my windshield. He answered all of my questions. I will highly recommend Sevier Valley Glass and Clint to anyone I know who is in need of a replacement windshield and if I ever need another one, I will definitely be back. Took my bike here to be repaired. He never called me,I was always the one to check in with him. After over 9 months (I was trying to be patient, I know how busy people can be), he claimed his son cleaned the bikes and the paper got wet and they misplaced my bike. When I told him which one was mine, he claimed it was his neighbors Bike and tried to say another bike was mine, and I know it wasn't.
When I told him it wasn't, he asked for proof that it was my bike...I didn't have a picture of my bike, and I didn't think I needed proof. Anyway, I just left, and he kept my bike. Wasn't worth the battle, I had no proof

We had 7 new windows installed. Friendly and fast installation. We definitely recommend Sevier Glass. Rodney made replacing 7 old wood windows with new vinyl windows a breeze. Great price.

Work on the bicycle was very well done. However Sevier Valley Outdoors is joining the ever growing corps of tradesmen in Sevier County whose reliability is subpar. I dropped a bicycle off on 30 April for a tune up and was told it would be ready the next Thursday, 6 May. On 6 May I may a specific trip to Richfield to pick up the bike. I was advised the bicycle was not ready, however it would be dropped off at my residence in Redmond around 4:00 pm on Saturday and I would receive a call prior. No call, no bike and time wasted waiting. No call received indicating when or if bike was ready and on 13 May visit to Richfield stopped in and picked up the bike. Promises should not be made by a tradesman if the promise is not to be met.
