It’s so delicious, but I don’t understand the bagel for the panini. Take the Santa Fe beef for example: you can’t help but put your fingers right in the wet green chili tomato cheese center. Minus 0.00000001 star for that, but we’ll round up.

It's an okay place. We went through the drive through and the menu is wayyy too much. They need to downsize it.
I ordered a turkey pesto panini and I couldn't find the pesto? It was still delicious but not what I was expecting for a pesto panini.
I also got an ideal slush and they put the ice cream on top which is seriously the worst place for it. Everywhere else either puts the ice cream in the middle or the bottom which makes for a much better eating experience. And it didn't help that the whole thing was grainy and pretty flavorless.
I ordered my panini in a meal and the sign says you get chips, salad or soup, and a drink. I think most people expect this to mean you get both chips AND your choice between soup or salad. They need to add the extra comma after salad to show you only get 1 thing and the drink. They also don't let you sub your drink for their billion ice cream or slush options which is also frustrating. It really just felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me. Everywhere else allows substitutions and they deduct some portion of the combo drink price off. I would rather have a clear ordering experience where I know it comes with less than start my order and then find out I'm getting way less.
Lastly, I got the salad (because I didn't know I wasn't getting chips too) and the salad had baby carrots on it. Like am I supposed to stab that with my plastic fork?
They need to have an experience designer help them with their processes and fine details.

I stopped by due to the high rating. Ordered a Kid"s Meal grilled cheese. $5.99
Menu clearly states served with chips and kids drink. Order taker offered several flavors, I picked BBQ. When they totalled my order it was over $7. I paid and saw that they charged .50 for chips. Nothing said flavors are extra or that its additional for chips.
These are homemade chips.
The BBQ was a bit too spicy for me and I asked to trade for regular. They accommodated my request.
I just feel if there's a charge for a flavor, both ethnically and morally and perhaps legally, too; it should 100% be disclosed on the menu so you can make an informed decision when spending your money.
I did not ask about the up charge, but should have. It wasn"t cool to add on unnoticed charges.

The Ideal Dairy is a cute little place in Richfield where you can get something good to eat and definitely get a sweet treat! The inside reminds me of a cross between an old fashioned ice cream shop mixed with granny's kitchen. The people that work there are super sweet and made me feel right at home. I'll definitely stop by for another snack next time I'm in the area.

Delicious and affordable food and ice cream. Staff is super friendly. Country home atmosphere. We especially enjoyed their banana split and home-style potato chips. So tasty!

Sandwich was SO SO tasty, could have added some sprouts to enhance the goodness, came with meal option, THEY fry their very own potatoe chips!! Came with a pickle 🥒 it's was delicious!! Will be eating here frequently! If ya come into town SHOULD DEFINITELY come in, they have so many different flavor I've creams n all kinds of good food items!!? Great atmosphere, n the employees are fantastic!
