Every time I come to the rail yard side the scale (day shift guy) operator is always rude and has a piss poor attitude. Then they always overflow your box with sand and YOU have to shovel and sweep your box off. 1 start is over rating this place. The silo side is cool I never had any problems there!

Some days are better then others dont show up on shift change or lunch time for a load. Someone stacks the trucks like no one's business sorry but it's a little insane and we work in a 24/7 industry so taking off for an hour lunch with trucks idling on the scale is poor business. Did I forget to mention that the safety racks are broke dwn most of the time and seem to be unsafe and not up to code, along with the huge pot holes before making the turn over the RR tracks.

The dispatchers at this company are rude ad obnoxious! If I could give them no stars I would. Truck drivers wish they didn’t have to deal with them. Worst people ever! Someone needs to rectify there staffs unprofessionalism....
