Reason for my low score is from what I witness today during lunch time! I heard a guy walking out saying he's going to fire someone all from his mess up! I'm thinking he's the big guy that was doing the talking cause of the profanity he was using! I do believe he owe each and one of the workers a apology! I eat there alot due to short30 min lunch and their fast service right with good customer service...but the way the Asain looking guy was yelling I would never go back if that's who's behind that company! It's ways to do things and today was not a way to talk with someone you suppose to lead!!!! Other than that experience I would say the food was awesome and freshly cooked! I said a Prayer for the guy and hope his day got better cause he had no business saying what he said to his employers that was working so hard!!!! I sure hope they get their apology they deserves!

Chicken Bites meal inedible. Drove through at 12:30 p.m. so it was during rush hour, and items should have been fresh. But the chicken bites were old, hard, and impossible to chew. I did have a bit of a wait because they did not have french fries ready. I watched them pull them out of the fryer. Wish the chicken were that fresh as well since that is the main part of the meal.

As always, very good food. Tonight was even better than normal. Small note, the cash register tends to ring up a medium size upgrade for drinks and fries rather than the small that is advertised. Check receipt, they quickly adjusted it when I pointed it out to them tonight. A step above most fast food franchises that is appreciated!

Food tastes great, but this location frequently runs out of key extras like mozzarella sticks and funnel cake fries. They are open till midnight, and the food is made fresh even when ordering before they close.

The employee that took my order was great..... helpful,polite, and very personable. The food however was bland and tasted like they hadn't changed grease in a good while.... other downside is there's no place to really sit... it's inside a gas station

I LOVE checkers! If you have not eaten here PLEASE experience it at least once. They are getting so close to being wiped out and it's so sad bc the "checkers fries" at Walmart could NEVER compare to the real thing.
