Stopped by yesterday to get a 12 piece family meal. I don't see how this place stays in business if it's like this every day. Chicken was so overcooked it was like leather. Couldn't eat seven pieces out of 12. Didn't get my mashed potatoes and only 4 biscuits. If I didn't live 22 miles away I would have took everything back and got a refund. Unreal experience wish it would let me post pics of burnt chicken

We waited 30 minutes for two 2piece dark meat combos. The chicken was never cooked. We got our money back and left. Don't come here if you expect to eat.

I came in to churches chicken and Ozark Alabama may 7 @ 4:17 PM and when I walked in the door, I was greeted by a patron walking out with a discussed. Look on his face. I had no idea why. Then I heard the screaming from the kitchen and, one of the guys run out the kitchen and says I’ll handle this and he locked the door behind me. I told him very quickly to unlock the door and let me out. He said I’m sorry but we shorthanded and she got to go pick up her kids and she’s raising hell and blah blah blah blah. Well as a patron, I don’t need that , it was almost like a dangerous situation. So I went out to get my truck and then some lady comes and unlocked the door. Sticks her head out the door and motions for me to come back in. And I told her no no no I’m fine. In the meantime while I’m doing this review , people are pulling up and someone is sticking their head out the door continuously telling them not to come in to go through the drive-through and now the drive-through is backed up. This might be the excuse any type of restaurant or fast food chain I’ve ever seen in my life , and I hate to say that because I live here

This was my family's first time visiting the Church's Chicken location in Ozark Alabama. First the door we tried to enter from the parking lot was locked. My son ran around to the other side and went in through another door. And there were other people inside so that was a bit odd. The items I went there for were completely frozen and unavailable. I was told it would take at least two days to thaw. And it was going to be about a 15+ minute wait just for a chicken sandwich. So the only thing ready were chicken tenders. But I will say the breading was very flavorful and the chicken was extremely juicy! The inside could use a makeover if they're going to have very many clientele dining inside. My slim choices were disappointing. But what I got was great! Thanks!

I bought some chicken tonight. Worst chicken I've had in a long time. It was so bland. Spent $43 and was a waste of money. Yall just need to close down.

I was coming back from hunting and wanted a box of gizzards. It usually takes 5-8 minutes to cook them, and they cook them to order. So, I called ahead from my truck. I was surprised that they answered my call because 97% of the time, they don't answer or I should say, this was the 2nd time ever that my call was answered. I told the lady that I would like to place an order for a box of gizzard. She told me the truck didn't bring any, and the supplier was out. I asked her if they had any livers. She said yes. I told her that I would like 1 liver box and I would be there in about 30 minutes. She said ok and hung up. I get there and walk in. The place was nasty!!! I told the lady at the cash register that I was the guy that called in the order for the liver box after a 10-minute wait. She said that she didn't know anything about a call-in order for a liver box. She went to ask the manager if she was the person who took my order. She couldn't find the manager. She said, "I guess she just disappeared." She did offer to make my order, but I was so let down and close to home, I said no thank you and left. They have some bad service there, and behind the counter is "NASTY."
