I love smiths. THIS location though is not one I love. It’s dirty, it has an odd smell, there’s only 2 MAYBE 3 lines open at a time so you’re always waiting. And the staff!!!!! The ones who DONT work the registers are great, always helpful if I had to ask a question. But the 3 main ppl they keep up front? It’s usually 2 woman and the same man every time and they are rude. The customer service is severely LACKING. I received my change back the other day and she didn’t even look at me or say anything as I was saying thanks have a good night. Just handed me my change while looking the other way. Those three are always nasty but if you want a good gossip sesh they’re always having one during down time. I have never left a review anywhere but I couldn’t resist. That’s how bad it is.

So I’ve been in the employee’s bathroom and they store the grill that they use to do all of their events with in the bathroom.
That’s gotta be like a health violation.
Because any employee can do anything to the grill while they’re in there and you don’t even know about it….🤯

Smith's has the best rewards program of any grocery store. This is the best place to buy groceries and gas. Employees tend to work here for a long time.

Smiths has great gluten-free options in every department. Corn dogs, Texas toast, noodles of many shapes. Also, really friendly staff at Smiths in Payson.

Their ceiling was very stain for water damage. All water damage mold is toxic for your health. This smiths needs water damage remediation
